Such a lovely hotel with great location and warm appealing design. I came to try the cook hall gustropub which I found to be a great place for after work hangouts. (Entertainer is available) The ambience of place: is lovely with warm lighting put you off the working mood. Try to avoid the sofa chairs as they are slippery and uncomfortable. The food: options are not much but they nice burgers. I have also tried the mac and cheese which is full with flavor. Their nonalcoholic drinks are also good but nothing fancy. The staff is very welcoming, supportive and friendly and the service is fast.

The team at the Seasonal Tastes restaurant especially Swarn is amazing. Very pleasant experience thus far at the hotel. He brightens our every morning with his wonderful personality.

Actually one of the hostesses there took 400 AED from me as borrowing them and she gave me her number promising me to give me back my money. She said shell give it back, because the hotel delayed her salary and she seemed desperate So i gave her the money now i do not know how to get my money back. Her name is victoria zadirako as she said to me So if anyone from the hotel management can get me back my money. Thanks

Fantastic hotel. Very new, well appointed and spacious rooms. Staff are great, and always happy to help. The gym is also really good. Cant fault the place.

Very high end hotel with very luxurious rooms and great food choices across the board from the restaurant to the after hours room service menus. They can probably do better with the coffee and tea choices. Not every one likes "English Breakfast" Tea.

When for a massage and facial treatment. It was amazing, especially as it was a groupon offer. Saw a deal in the lift for hotdog and beer in the bar. Got the deal and it was nice. The meat was a bit tough but the bar is very nice and a huge variety of beers, spirits and cocktails. The toilets are top class. The sticky toffee pudding is the best Ive tasted so far in Dubai, so went back again a few days later for the pudding and a few drinks. A band called Joke Box were playing and had the bar lifting, such was the atmosphere, even the bar staff were jumping around. See you very soon Westin.

Didnt like the fact that the pool is way far from the hotel . And didnt like the breakfast . Loved the room and how comfortable it is . The view wasnt good and the glass wasnt clean . The location is pretty awesome

A newly opened high rise hotel in Al Habtoor City. Lots of marble and high finish. Lots of bar and restaurant options. Delicious and huge variety of top drawer breakfast options. Rooms spacious and luxurious. Room service excellent. Staff courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

Staying in executive suite, the hotel is unfinished, you have to walk to St regis for a very small pool. The hotel is charging me 50 aed for an ice bucket. Breakfast buffet fill with tour group which are very rude,eating food off the buffet line.

Road access is not convenient and no shops anywhere near by. Difficult to get taxis at the hotel so you get stuck. I will stay somewhere else on Zayed road in the future. Room finishes is less than the Westin standard

Looks like it was built in a hurry. Small bad quality details (my bathroom glass door still had the makers part number painted on it, mirror had marks on it, roof panel in bathroom not fitted properly, pool not ready...). Amenities not replenished daily. Fridge not replenished daily.

Very good place, responsive staff. Although as an Indian guy, I got a slight incident of racism, it felt hurtful. I was walking to the room in the hotel, and one of the managers stopped me and asked me (threatening/ suspicious) voice, if i stayed in the hotel, and which room was I staying in. I would have been ok, if that guy covered it up by lying or apologising. But he didnt, he just left after that. The funny thing is the guy who did all this was from India too. No restaurants around and they cash in on you via restaurants in the hotel. Which are expensive than really good restaurants in Manhattan. Which doesnt make sense. I tried to avoid eating there as much as I could, but staying there for 8 nights. I had to eat there a few times because there is no other choice nearby. Its either room service, hotel restaurants or take a cab to go to places where there are restaurants. Rooms were clean and room service was good. They cleaned room everyday and as and when requested. Staff was responsive in that aspect. I guess it was worth staying there for that reason alone.

The Hotel was receiving large numbers of guests with low standard of service, the first impression was really bad and I would never stay again. the house keeping was just make up the bed without changing the covers , the floor was so dirty , the concierge was not answering the phone for more than an hour !! the bill boy takes 40 min to pic up the luggage !! the hotel was so crowded and the lifts stop in every floor , it takes me more than 10 min to reach the floor from my room , the service staff were using the same guest elevators ?
