Lovely hotel and very pleasant stay. I stayed for 7 days had a corner room by the lifts which was very spacious for one person. The food in the pool bar, while pricey was delicious. Same goes for the café. Every member of staff interacted with was so lovely and polite. My favourite part about the place was the fact that the swimming pool was pumped with cold water which meant when it was 46 degrees outside, you could chill in the pool and not feel like you are going to completely melt away.

The hotel check in took more than a quarter of an hour due to the availability of one employee, then the driver told me that he would bring the bags from the car but I had to tell him again after he forgot so it took time. Comments were added with the reservation, including the addition of a bed for the child, but were not seen and not equipped. The garden was very beautiful, the swimming pool is wonderful and the water is mild but the beach has annoying repairs and there is bad grass spread over the sea. The room was comfortable and quiet and the air conditioning was good but when they provided the baby bed they said they only provide baby bed without a pillow or cover. The location of the hotel is generally excellent and there are many cafés, restaurants The room price was reasonable. Finally these negatives have to be corrected to deserve five stars.

I can say its one of the worst hotels i ever stay in. Its old building with great location thats it. the furniture not for 5 stars hotel! ants in bathroom, too many cracks in it. when i check out i gave one of the staff the ticket to get my can from parking & he get me the keys so i go get the car which they park last night! the house keeping only making beds with out change anything or replace what i use even the water! the last word the area has alot of better choices.

I had been to bliss bar... it was a pretty amazing chilling place for winters not for SUMMERS... they have arrangements like chillers n all... but still the heat in Dubai is a bit overpowering... it has good music as well... but ya... winters can be rated as 5* but summers I guess 3* just cuz its only an open place...

The reason I give 4 stars is due to no drawers to store belongings, closet space very limited for a Suite. Also it takes a lot of effort to get requests accomplished and most times they do not understand the request.

Amazing place located well in Dubai and everything in this area comes alive at night. Layers of skyscrapers and wonderful views.the beach is just out the backdoor. Surrounded with great restaurants and shisha bars(hooka). Worth spending a few days in this area when in Dubai. About the hotel: the staff is great and always friendlu.one thing Ive notice they take interested in you and later they recognise you and advise you where to go and what else to do besides enjoy the facilities at the hotel. Sheraton I would recommend to anyone.

Very bad customer service. They couldnt tell that we paid for breakfast so every morning instead of checking on a simple system . They would say maam you havent paid. The room was very small for what we paid. Also the pictures are not a great reflection of the hotel. We had an incident where I got locked inside the bathroom due to it being a very old and poorly structured . Would not recommend to stay here only good for location.

Was in Dubai for Business and this hotel was my home. Everyone here is great, but Sophia who works in Moods bar was the best. Everyday I came to the bar after work. She knew what I like to drink, she knew my name and all of my coworkers names, she advised us on good food options, etc. Sophia is great! Next is the Chinese Restaurant upstairs, some of the best Chinese food Ive had. The spicy chili beef was my favorite but we tried many things over the weeks of staying at the hotel. Overall this is a great hotel. Good food, good people, good beer options, pool table in the bar, good music in the bar and restaurants, etc. Coming to moods after a long day working was the highlight of my day, looking forward to saying hello to Sophia, getting a cold beer, playing some pool and having a burger or ordering some Chinese. Thank you to the great staff at Sheraton that made my visit your hotel pleasant and stress free!!!!

Nice location near beach, but traffic specially on weekend could be an issue to reach hotel. Hotel property is quite old but maintained well and could be better! friendly staffs let you enjoy more.

Really great stay and amazing staff. I was happily upgraded to a junior suit and enjoyed lounge breakfast every morning looking over the water for the two weeks I stayed. Their fitness center is superb - lots of equipment, sauna and steam room!

Nasty, run down hotel with unfriendly and downright rude staff. Wrote a complaint on TripAdvisor and they couldnt even be bothered to reply. Their Front Office manager really needs to find a job thats not in hospitality as he doesnt understand the meaning of the word.

This hotel should be 1 Star. Overpriced, old and outdated. No idea how they made the pool look so good online.. Visited friends at Hilton Double tree across the road, half the price, but 5 times the hotel. Wifi was CRAP really CRAP unless you paid for it. Room was AUD$600 a night. Wifi should have been decent.

Amazing experience. They gave the most comfortable beds and pillows. The beach is very nice and very beautiful gardens surrounding the whole hotel with many different restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The Italian and steak house restaurants are one of the best. Shisha and water pipes are served on swimming pool, beach and bars " the best ever I tried" . The spa, fitness, and sea sports are also available with a good quality service and different combinations.

We went here for Iftar at their Al Sufouh Ballroom in July 2016. I never tried any food that I didnt like. From their appetizers to main, most especially the dessert that has soft yummy cream in it. Staffs were very nice, they check our table from time to time to make sure everythings ok.

I stayed at the Jumeirah Beach Resort while in Dubai for business in September 2012 and I wish I would have had more to to spend there. The hotel was nice and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and pointed out things for us to do and went so far as to create maps of the area for us. Being right on the beach though I made sure the partake as often as possible. The hotel grounds are perfectly maintained and the rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. The food was exceptional. Breakfasts were fit for a kind and dinner was very good both times we ate in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, it is within walking distance to a nice and leisurely night life if you dont want to trek all the way to the downtown nightlife.

I just had dinner at the Peacock restaurant. Service and food was great. I have now moved to "AlHadiqa restaurant and tent", Horrible! Attendant, Salem, asked us to get a table for ourselves... we picked one after which he told us that we could not have it coz it was reserved. Later, ordered wine, same as we were having by bottle at peacock.They dint have it. So we went though the wine list.... bottle after bottle.. what I wanted was out of stock. Settled for one that was served by the glass. Supervisor, Pasha, informed that we could not taste unless we were going to take the glass. After extensively negotiating with Pasha, he accepted that I could taste. Then he served me, in a white wine glass, and poured below the full part of the glass. Upon inquiry, Pasha replied, I can give you more if you want. Pasha also told me that the manager was on a day off, so he was in charge. Very disappointed with the lack of a manager on duty and shockingly poor service quality. Pull up your socks guys!! However I have to commend Imad and Arafat for their efforts at service recovery. They made us feel welcome. Hence the two stars.
