Very nice hotel and our room had magnificent views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a multitude of options. Situated in the Emirates Mall, so there are plenty of shopping/dining options as well as the indoor skiing facility. Hotel also had a helpful tourist booking/information office.

Good hotel facilities and location being connected to the mall of the emirates... But not very professional staff... I requested to extend my stay... No one picked my phone. Then they said they would call me and no one called... Before going to the mall i requested my baby trolley from the car... That was 30 min ahead of time... I went down stairs...but they brought my car instead...it took them 4 different people to bring my trolley finally...the one recing my call... The lady at the enterance... Then the receptionist then the valet parking supervisor...i think also hooka smell is everywhere at the reception 5th floor...

Not so good . As a hotelier with 20 years experience i have noticed the following Grilled items are mostly fishy smelling lamb , which means they are poorly marinated Seafood items are oily Floor is very slippery in front of the shawerma station , cause of food drops on the floor and really nobody cares Desert items are so poor for an open puffet not enough Service inside the restaurant is very poor rarely when you can catch a waiter Waiters are like robots , no interaction with the guest at all ,either rarely smiling No signage to guide to prayers rooms which is located on the fourth floor , you need to go down and search yourself Finally there was no hot water in the wash rooms at the fifth floor behind the reception desk , you need to wait for more than 15 ,mins to get hot water Also there was no soap inside the soap dispensers on the wash basin counter

Excellent hotel with a great location right in the mall of the Emirates. They have a great terrace on the 5th floor with good food and excellent Shisha. Tons of restaurants in the mall and the shopping of course. Breakfast is OK but they have a new Turkish restaurant that is good. The rooms are nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. One of my favorite hotels in Dubai.

We were given a room, which was big and shower was good but was on the 7th floor overlooking the Air conditioner ducts of the mall. Classic room at about aud 400 per night , I feel ripped off. The hotels restaurant was terrible. I wouldnt stay there again. With so many hotels in Dubai, there has to be better value.

The stay was quite good. Rooms were clean and everything seemed to work fine. However, I do have one complaint about when I arrived. After making special arrangements to have a room ready by the time my flight landed, they told me I needed to wait 6hours before I can check in. Normal circumstances I might not have minded, however, after a long flight and sleepless night, all I wanted was a shower and a nap. They said there were no rooms available at the moment, and yet when I checked out received an "apology" for the mix up, and more irritatingly was told there was in fact rooms open reserved for those who made arrangements,of which they did not know I was one.

Located at a very crucial and easily accessible place with direct access to metro & mall of the Emirates. I attended for the ifthar party cost AED 130/head at al sanabel restaurant. No: of Items are more, main course & fruits were less & No ice creams. But overall the food is Arabic and Good (I prefer spicy as I am an Indian) but its not value for money. They have to revise the price somewhere around 100-115.
