Very Bad experience .at 08 am I went to have a room and The lady in the reception wanted me to stay 05 hrs in the lobby to get the room then...!!! She wanted me to pay half a day price if I wanted to get the room now..I even told her that I will give you the room back at 07 am tomorrow as I have my flight early morning..but she just said not possible..I left and went to holiday Inn express and they welcomed me Emidiatly..

Honnestly, i dont know what to say about this hotel. Very bad experience, i was coming at 2am, they are asking me to wait until 2pm, so i pay 275 aed just to stay in for half day, after that i paid the booking and they add 200aed in the prices for taxes, also i didnt like the prices of their restaurant to much expensive and not even tasty :)

AVOID if you dont want to be harassed!!! Overpriced, horrible attitude at front office bordering on racism. Was made to wait 3 hours in lobby for a room, and staff were unapologetic with a take it or leave it attitude. Asked how long it could take for the room and repeated answer was dont know sir. Food is grossly overpriced too. And at checkout they wanted to charge me for delayed checkout because I was 10 minutes late (of which 5 mins by the bellboy). Dont want to name the gentleman in white robes who thought hes doing me a favour by giving a discount on the late checkout charges. Or maybe he mistakes customers for his servants.

Stayed at the Ramada Jumeirah hotel for 5 nights and everything from start to finish was great... Lovely staff always welcoming and happy to answer any queries... The pool and jacuzzi were great so was the breakfast. Will definitely be using them again for my next visit to Dubai. Thank you all at Ramada.

Very very bad hotel. I never saw like this hotel service ever. Reception very very bad. Behave very bad. At midnight I change hotel due to behave. Check in time they request me 1 hour wait rooms not ready at midnight 1 am. As my room booked before. All the way very bad. In my life I will not stay this hotel ever. My promise. At night 1 am I changed hotel , my life first Expriance.

Pros: Price, location, staff helpful. Wifi is fast. Cons: furniture and carpet look old and worn. Towels are very old. Shampoo, shower gels not great. Tips: bring or buy your own shampoo if staying for a longer time. Rooms are big and comfortable. They are all clean especially the bedsheets but the carpets look old so bring you own slippers. Again nothing dirty just not ultra clean or new. AC works fine in the rooms but in the main corridors and lobby they are just ok. Not cold but just ok - if that makes sense.

There were bugs all over the place, a "rock band" was playing at 9am on a Friday until 12. they messed up the booking and made me pay twice. The AC didnt work the first night, and kept switching off the second night. The food wasnt good and their hospitality was worse. But the worst part was when I was about to leave and forget about this horrible staying experience, they put my bags in someones car and that person drove off.

This is the second time I stay here. It is such a good hotel, I mean service and cleanness, the food and all. However, I was frustrated by the way they put the deal on when I made the booking online!! at the end, they may charge you the Oxygen you breath while staying!! Once you here everything is chargeable. I hope they will re consider!!!

Spent one night here on 23/11/2015, its a shame that when I asked for a standard taxi, the doorman proposed us a VIP taxi to go to the airport, guaranteeing that price would not be more expensive. No counter in the car and at the arrival, the driver asked us for 70 AED when it should be maximum 40 AED for this trip. So a feeling of racket just when leaving is not nice. Except fot that, the hotel rooms are very nice and the swimming pool also with the spa.

We booked our room months ago and paid, when we arrived there was no room, the hotel asserted they never got a reservation and neglected help and were very unfriendly. My travel agency implied the hotel sold rooms they didnt have. Besides what is true the unfriendly and absolutely unprofessional behavior from the hotel was unprecedented. My advice dont go there!

价格不错，但是不干净。我入住当晚发现被单上类似红油之类的大面积污渍，我觉得客房服务人员根本就没检查和更换上一个住客使用过的被子。虽然酒店后来给我更换了房间，但我仍然觉得这个酒店不干净。而且前台的服务也差，入住时告诉我房间可以吸烟，入住后告诉我可吸烟的房间没有了，这个房间不能吸烟。然而几个小时后换房后发现新换的房间时可以吸烟的。虽然有可能是短短几个小时有客人check out，但是我还是很怀疑。
