Hotel Ramada is located in Deira Dubai which is around 8KM from International Airport. Hotel is located on the main road and is easy to locate. You can ask any taxi driver to go to Reef Mall it is just opposite to that. Rooms are nice and clean. They dont have much options in Vegetarian food. Buffet breakfast is okay okay. Reception staff is very nice and ready to help always.

Location is just perfect with metro station just outside the hotel. Room is spacious, hotel lives up to the usual Ramada standards and the staff is quite courteous. Breakfast Buffet is okay with limited variety. We found the menu repeating on consecutive days. We enjoyed our stay here completely !

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. It has a pool on the top of the building. If you look over the wall at the pool, you will have a beautiful view over the city. Friendly staff. You can ask for information or taxis downstairs at the desk.

Big rooms but they need to be maintained in a better way. The location is good, public transportation and supermarkets in vicinity. The biggest problem is the breakfast, every morning the staff has a waiting list as the restaurant is too small for the hotel guests. The worst is that you should expect a waiting time such as 20-30 minutes and if you were late they will tell you after waiting for the seat that the breakfast time now has passed.

This is. And upscale hotel by any means, first of all they are nice until they take your money and then they flip 180 on you. When we arrived in our room it was one king bed and a smoking room we have 3 children so I called the front desk because thats not what we asked for and then she told me my husband requested that which is not true so they switched us to a room that was absolutely filthy and old smelly....horrible I do. It recommend you can find better and cheaper

Breakfast was not nice, looks like a lot of food but I found nothing yummy. Sausages were a complete disaster! Rooms, especially bathrooms, need renovation. No alcohol bar in the hotel. Metro is just two minutes away, this is an advantage.

I had my family stay in the hotel end of August and also last week and i must say we were all very happy with the service. Thank you to all the Lobby staff for the beautiful smiles and assistance. Special thanks to Japet from reservation who went out his way to assist my sister during check in. The rooms are big and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will book with them again.

Needed a cot, do they brought one up, it was rather lopsided and uncomfortable. The whole bed shifted 6 inches laterally when sitting down, which was slightly concerning.

(1) wall electricity outlet were all UK type. I requested an adapted to charge my phone and the hotel said they dont have any. Another person said they do have some but the guests took it. (2) iron was available in the room but no table for it. (3) A fast COCKROACH was in the room. (4) Alarm went off several times during the night and day. Contacted the manager and he said on of the guests was smoking in his/her room several times. (5) understaff, took long to check-in and check-out, especially checking-in. (6) Quality of rooms, smell, bathroom, and furniture should be 3 Star not 4 (7) Staff are nice and trying, but from different cultures and communication is a problem between them. Not the language, but passing information. (8) When requesting an extra bed, keep in mind they store it in the parking area at the basement (9) Car Parking is available at the basement which is good (10) Breakfast quality is below average. Jam is cheap, croissants are very bad, veggies are old, and the eggs are a disaster. Toast is ok, fool not bad, white cheese is delicious. Overall, I Would pay NOTHING for the breakfast and rather eat outside. (11) housekeeping dont answer calls

When I should start... Maybe from mold in bathroom between bathtube and wall. It was really disgusting. Next annoying thing was poor Internet. And the last thing - receptionist during our check out. During checkin we need to pay some extra fee - 50 aed it was tax or something similar. During checkout receptionist told us that she dont have any confirmation that we paid that fee and we need to pay it again.(yes- they lost their copy of that confirmation) so my boyfriend had to go back to our room to look our copy in trash. Just great... Because of their feckless we almost miss our flight, so never again.
