Overall, a slightly over-rated hotel. Pros: (1) Good location, 10 minutes from Dubai mall, on Sheikh Zayed Road (2) Nice view of Burj Khalifa from some rooms (3) Nice rooms, until house-keeping is required Cons: (1) The rooms were initially very clean and well-kept, but house-keeping did a poor job of keeping it that way each day (coffee, tea packets not replaces, towels not replaced, some parts of bathroom were not cleaned). (2) Some foods were below average (stale, over-baked, very oily) at complimentary breakfast. Terrible coffee and tea. Some were good. (3) You get charged for internet (20 AED per day). You are also limited to just 2 devices per room. For the kind of money we pay for the room, this is unacceptable. (Also, who charges for internet these days, what year is it??) (4) Undergoing renovation in the reception area, which resembles a cheap er hotel currently.

Stayed for a week in 62nd floor. The rooms are perfect for a honeymoon type stay. The services are great and they have everything you need in a five star hotel. I love the breakfast (included as complementary). Big beautiful bathrooms (with tub) and a romantic shower. The only negative thing I did not like was the view from our windows on the opposite side of the Sheikh Zaheed Street. I could see the sea and bunch of cars parked there. If you thinking of staying, consider opting for the steet side. Yeah, forgot to mention, the windows are locked and you cannot open them at all, if you are thinking about jumping ever. (That was a joke)

Below is based on using the meeting room and restuarant for business workshops:- Vallet parking is difficult to find the first time. No reception after Vallet. Confusion between hotel elevators and meetings elevators. Decent meeting rooms nothing out of the ordinary. Elevators are slow and full upon arrival at your floor.

I stayed there for one night on the first of october .. first the deposit fee was taken from my debit card and not returned until now .. the toilet was full of men hair on the floor and every where .. house keeping was very poor garbage was from next door room out with a bad smell from empty lunch dinner for 24 hours ! We had a 4 day stay in October 2015. Hotel staff were very friendly. Accommodation was excellent (we were given a complimentary room upgrade). Great views. Offered us a breakfast deal of 60 dirham per person (About $24Aus). Breakfast menu was extensive. There are however many fast food outlets within minutes of the hotel that would be more economical. Gym facilities and the infinity pool are fantastic. On the downside a cup of coffee ordered by the pool (44dirham0 you get a very expensive pot of coffee. Location is right next to metro and bus stops that makes sightseeing easy. Dubai is visually like the Las Vegas of the middle east. Would definitely stay at the hotel in the future.

I went to the hotel to book 2 rooms for my family. I liked the fact that the hotel is a dry one, the waiting line was long so a manager kindly offered to help. The manager attitude changed quickly after few questions and ended up crossing me rudely to help Saudi client .... I took his name "helmy nabil" and sent a complain to the management without a respond After this, I decided to reserve rooms in another hotel close by at sheik Zayed street Hope that everyone will have better experience because it was deeply frustrating.

There is only one word which can accurately describe my experience at the Chelsea, utterly terrible ( I am aware that it is more than one word but I must express the deep seated contempt I have for this institution). Several members of staff are unable to give necessary advice as they simply do not have an affirmed grasp of the English language. Those who are able to speak english are often despondent and unwilling to help you with the simplest of queries. The hotel rooms in actuality do appear attractive, however the cleaning is in actuality sub-standard. The utensils provided in the kitchen area are often found in a state of disrepair. However, what made the Hotel truly bad was the fact that members of staff had stolen items from within the apartments of guests. I myself can give three instances of this occurring, but I implore all those who have read this do not book a hotel at the Chelsea I can almost guarantee you will regret it. There are much better hotels in the district with staff who are greatly more competent.

التعامل السيء من قبل الموظفين خصوصا العرب .. شخص اسمه أنس والشخص الثاني اعتقد انه مدير اسمه مُنذر .. حين وصولنا الفندق لتسجيل الدخول أفادنا الموظف أنس بان لديه عرض وهو ان يعطينا غرفة سوبيور اكبر من الغرفة المحجوزة مع زيادة مبلغ فرفضت ذلك لأنني حاجز الغرفة من قبل أربعة أشهر عن طريق تطبيق المسافر وكان سعر اليوم للغرفة مغري جداً حتى ان الموظف تفاجأً من قيمة الحجز ولذلك حاول أن يجبرنا على دفع مبلغ إضافي .. الغرفة كانت لشخصين شامل الإفطار لستة أيام اخبرنا أنس بأن الغرفة محجوزة لشخص واحد فقط وليست لشخصين وبناء على ذلك سيضيف الشخص الثاني ولكن بدون افطار !!! وقال لي تواصل مع شركة المسافر اذا عندك مشكلة اتصلت بشركة المسافر وأخبروني بان الغرفة محجوزة لشخصين مع الافطار وان الفندق يكذب مضى اليومان الاول والثاني بدون افطار .. ثم تواصلت شركة المسافر مع الفندق وتم حل الاشكالية خلاصة الموضوع :: الموظفين العرب وهم كل من أنس ومنذر يقومون باستغلال الضيوف خصوصا الخليجيين والله على ما أقول شهيد انتهى

The bathroom is just beautiful and the shower is fantastic. Cleanliness is top, white linen is white and the housekeeping is immaculate. The breakfast and dinner or lunch are very good, varied and there is something for everyone. The pool is really excellent. Hot water, water jets, evening light shows, jacuzzi ... plus towels are provided! Also the gym is very well equipped with a super nice monitor and smiling as always! In short it is a 5 star hotel !!!

Millenium Plaza it is a good hotel. This hotel located in a good place near the metro station. Have a good view. But food in restauran at my opinion is monotonous. И теперь немного на русском. Отель понравился, приветливый персонал, на рессепшене есть девушка которая говорит на русском языке (если у вас плохо с английским). Жил на 35 этаже, был прекрасный вид на Burj Khalifa. Все очень понравилось.

Я в шоке!Первый раз в жизни вижу отель с таким ужасным обслуживанием!Для того что бы сходить в душ или ванную постоянно нужно включать воду на 20 минут и ждать,пока с течет горячая!А самое ужасное,что оставила в шкафу платье стоимостью 3000уе,которого сказали нет!Мало того,что отношение и обслуживание 2,так еще и воры!ПОЗОР!!!!!!!!!Я с таким никогда еще не сталкивалась!Тоесть если ты украинка,то можно воровать!Бог Вам судья!!!
