It’s small but cozy. Convenient because of its airport proximity. They brought a fruit dish to my room when I checked it and they went above and beyond making sure I got breakfast before the restaurant opened since I was departing very early in the morning. Their fitness room and other facilities were very nice and well kept. I would stay again.

I love this hotel, however I realize it is not for everyone. Pros - location (really close to the airport, and walking distance to the metro). Great food nearby within walking distance (e.g. youre not captive to hotel food). And most importantly the hotel staff is amazing. Joseph is the manager and he truly cares about his guests. The front desk staff is also great. Cons - the rooms are a bit dated, and sometimes that A/C is really strong. The bathrooms could use an update, though they are clean. Careful with the hot water from the taps, it heats up really quick and can scald if you are not careful. Overall, this is my hotel of choice when I am in Dubai on business. Its not for beach lovers, and shopping lovers, but it is affordable and convenient.

Almost a nice stay. Most staff was pleasant; however, Rochelle was rude for my entire stay, enough that I feel the need to contact SPG Management. Rooms are a bit outdated, there are probably better places to stay for the money. Unfortunately I will not be staying again when I return to Dubai.

Overall hotel is oke. Rooms are outdated. A bit smelly and not for people with dust mite allergy due old floor covering. Bed OK. Noisy ventilation. Very frendly staff. Breakfast average. Dinner good.

Solid Dubai hotel, short walk from the Irish Village. Staff is just great, pool is small but lovely. Sauna and gym available. Indian place and burger joint just next door. Cabs come regularly, 40 Dirhams to the Burj Khalifa. Be aware: Its against hotel policy to cram more people into a room than two.

The Google location is off (it tries to route you to the back of the building), but that is not the hotels fault (is it? ). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, though Im not a fan of the small tub with the shower curtain that pushes in the whole time. Breakfast was good with eggs made to order. Overall a very nice experience.
