For me, still one of the best hotel in Dubai. The location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel, although built more than a decade ago, is perfectly maintained and has a unique gulf culture charm. The outdoor facilities are world class and the design is an absolute success.

Great staycation or family holiday or romantic hotel with all amenities. First class luxury hotel. Rooms and facilities top of class and as one expects from the Jumeirah Group. When you stay here you can enjoy all the facilities of the sister Jumeirah hotels with access by buggy or waterway abra. Massive choice of eating and drinking options and can charge to room even from Neighbour hotels like Mina A Salaam and Al Nassem. Only issue is that the initial reception could be quicker and warmer and more accommodating. However be that as it may worth a try to enjoy first class experience.

Jumeirah has to take some action or have some check point on *KHAYAMAT AL BAHAR*. I have visited twice, both dinner, coffee and Tea. 1. The coffee and tea which was served, seems like ordered before by some other and than cancelled. Me, my father and mother just had it all in one sip. My father even spoke to manager that the coffee was like room temp water. 2. English tea served but without Milk. After asking 3 times the Milk was served, but till than tea was almost finished. 3. The MENU. On the very first page at the top is a combination of different kababs and Labenese food which Cost AED: 220/=and serve 4 Person. And if you are 4 person and order 1 of that, they dont serve you. Infact they say sir you have to order 4 of this Menu which cost 220. We dont take order 1. I said we are 4 person and its written for 4 person. But though they didnt take my order. This 2 STAR which i have given them is for atmosphere and surroundings. Its a great and very attractive place to visit specifically in the evenings.

Beautiful hotel! Didnt spend the night there but have been to few of the restaurants. Pai Thai is probably the best Thai restaurant in Dubai. The service is excellent, the restaurant gives a nice cozy feeling, but probably needs some renovation since some of the fittings are old. Hardwood flooring should be upgraded.

Very nice hotel, great location. I recommend the location to multiple friends when coming to visit Dubai. As they have a lot sightseeing and shopping close by there was no need for daily entertainment.

Probably the best place I have been, beautiful surroundings, the most friendliest people who cant do enough for you and your family, the rooms and the food were amazing. Especially when my daughter who is gluten free the chefs would come out and show her what she could and couldnt eat and then they would even go and make her a special dish, amazing.

This is an amazing place with rivers intertwining different blocks of hotel rooms. The architecture is of middle east design which features an elegant taste of luxurious Arabic décor. The staff service is wonderful and always helpful in assisting. The restaurants have vegetarian options.

Bad experince coming on a invitation from a friend who booked for us what was not possible so i had to pay double the price. No feeling at all to make it up. Very disapointed. And by leaving the hotel the indian picollo refuest to call a taxi and offerd a Toyota van as limousine and charges double price because hè call it a limousine. What is a normal van...

Truly amazing, a perfect opportunity to get up close to the Burj Al Arab and Jumerah hotel beaches, views are stunning. We went to the Al Fayrouz lounge for Afternoon Tea and was treated to the best tea we have ever had. Drink as much tea as you want and indulge in the most amazing treats, from baklava, dates, cakes and desserts. Enjoy the Tea outside with the views of Burj Al Arab while you relax and enjoy.

Came here for Friday Brunch - Wow! This really is a great experience. Its not cheap, but it has certainly left me with fond memories. The range of food is outstanding and all prepared to a high standard, the service is brilliant, attentive but not disturbing. Drinks included and a singer in the main hall all add to a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

As a travel agent: This hotel is great for nightlife. It has restaurants, shops, a ferry that takes you back & forth the man made lake.Visit the small area for the turtle rescue. You can get a drink, eat, see crafts being made. I bought my name in sand with camels and chose the colors to make my sand in a bottle. Had gelato and rode the ferry. There is a pool but for some reason they only allow hotel members in it. Even though we were at the sister property they frowned upon letting us in. I was not happy with that. The 3 properties all use a joint gulf cart system. You can walk but its far on a hot day.

Outstanding and exceptional service once again! Hi this is my third visit to this resort and I love every minute of it from the half board offers they have to the exceptional 24 hour butlers service in the villas theres never a dull moment. The food was as good as always on this trip although we had a problem with the initial room we were booked the view of the ocean was partly obstructed but one call to the guests services manager Lockesh we were swiftly moved to a more desirable room within a few hours The happy hour is excellent between 6pm and 8pm in the villas the drinks run freely with the classy butler service. The beach staff are highly trained and very professional in there services and guest care especially Qasim he really looked after us on our stay. I have recommended this hotel to family and friends and always had positive feedback from them on their return. The poolside buffet breakfast at the Al Qasr is the nicest place to have breakfast the staff are well trained and attentive. There is a large selection to choose from and atmosphere is great thanks to the manager Hossam hes doing a excellent job there. Thank you and a shall return in the near future once again to the ocean view villas at the DAM Thanks Mr Latif

Been here for the Friday brunch buffet numerous of times. The hotel provides that special Dubai super luxury ambiance, and the food stations offers a fantastic variety of dishes. After the 4 hours of eating and drinking frenzy, take the rest of the day on the sofa. This is well worth the AED 500 - an experience for life. Best from Nov to May as there are additional food stations outside.
