Stayed at this excellent hotel for 10days .rooms large and very clean. Brilliant view from 19th floor across the gulf . Staff very professional,helpful and very very friendly . Hotel is even better than the description & photos. Everywhere is spotless & staff cant do enough for you.Buffet restaurant excellent, if u cant find something to eat there, there is something wrong with u. Free shuttles leave 4 times a day to 4 major malls, gold and spice Souks, Karma (knockoff market) and sister hotel beach.The beach outside is public so u have to pay for sunbeds, they give u a beach kit with 2 towels, large mat and umbrella.Taxis very cheap. Big Bus tours stop outside. Mall of Emirates, 30mins away, Dubai Mall 1hr. Creek over 1hr. Pics from Floor 12, all rooms have good views.

Clean and modern with every facility you can think of. Great view out towards the beach. The beach kit was great, it came with a large mat and two towels. Umteen restaurants/ bars to choose from inside the hotel, and its in a perfect spot along the beach for all the other restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel but has problem with guests on all inclusive ,makes them feel lower class person! for example brings full menu on the table or gives it in the bar, but the minute you say you are on all inclusive they takes full menu off and gives you very limited menu on a4 sheet

Service minded and pleasant staff, interior is up to date. Supplies a great beach kit to use on the local beach (50m away). Breakfast is massive with a lot of variation. Would come here again.

Overall stay was great and the hotel was great. Would have been nice to have had a bit more of a personal touch as we were on our honeymoon and didnt receive much of a greeting on arrival, but that is more of an additional preference.

Pool area small and disappointing although similar to neighbouring hotels and understandable due to limited space. Huge amount of construction still going on and pool looks on to massive building site.

Отличное расположение, рядом с пляжем, великолепный вид с балкона, жили на 25 этаже. Провели ночь в этом отеле в связи с задержкой рейса. Приветливый и внимательный персонал, отличный номер с баром, чайником, пакетиками с чаем, кофе и сахаром. Мебель, постельные принадлежности, полотенца -все в хорошем состоянии. Рекомендую этот отель!

Encontramos una oferta bastante buena y pasamos un día y una noche en este hotel. Es una actividad obligada en Dubai. La habitación era espectacular y las vistas más increíbles aún. Su mayor defecto es la playa, que no es muy accesible ni muy buena. El servicio en piscina, aun así, es excelente. La zona alrededor del hotel es genial.
