As you know, its a budget hotel with small but good rooms and good service. Staff is cooperative but not very well trained. The food they offer in the buffet is good compared to other hotels. View from the windows of your rooms is not good compared to the other nearby IBIS hotel located behind Mall of the Emirates. Sports Bar based on the sports theme is quite appealing. You will find mostly non-english speaking Europeans here.

This is super vanilla for money. I paid 20 dollars a day, including breakfast for 2. The rooms are clean and well maintained. All electronics work well in the room. The water bottle are free of cost. This hotel is walkable from Sharad dg metro station.

Very bad experience in this branch unlike the branch next to dragon mart 2 Totally different vary small toilet water leaking from the shower area to the room, i contact the 15 minutes service they said no different rooms all are the same which i doubt that cause we saw different room style before booking , i said then we will cancel the reservation then without any hesitation they lady said ok its fine !!! Thats doesnt matter to them leaving late time vary bad

I and my husband booked this hotel 2 months ago for almost a week. And they exactly cancelled our booking just before our flight to Dubai without even informing us. The reason we assumed is just that v booked this hotel with a good price. And we got to know about our cancellation when v arrived Dubai airport n were heading to the hotel and v called them to make sure the address but the staff was so rude they were not even helping us out with the location n clearly told us that they cancelled our booking without giving us the valid reason, staff was really rude and later they didnt even apologize. We still remember all the hassle we had to go through. I dont think v ll book this hotel ever again.

We had no problem checking in at all. The night staff were nice and polite. We were staying on the fourth floor. The room was tiny. Cleanliness is certainly an issue and especially the shower, there is a lot of mold between the tiles which I didnt really appreciate. For the same rate you can definitely get something better. The "trolley" guys helped us the first 2 days then all of a sudden it became "self serv". I would say its it looks more like a motel to me. WIFI keeps on disconnecting There is another Ibis a kilometer away closer to the mall of Emirates which is 10 times cleaner and looks way better than this one. Also more things around you to do

I stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel, the place is nice but there should be an improvement in the wifi connection in all areas. There is a very poor wifi signal in the room. More amenities should be added in the room and even in the hotel like other recreational facilities,pool, gym, laundry and ironing costs too much.. On the other hand, housekeeping department did a successful job in maintaining cleanliness in the area. Nancy, and some of her colleague was very polite and helpful in their guests. I hope they will continue their good positive attitude. The security and other front personnels in the lobby should be more assistive in their guests. They should create a relaxing ambience and should allow guests to feel at home in the lobby. Overall rating is good but they should improve well in terms of the above mentioned concerns.

Booked a room with two full size beds and they completely messed it up. Was forced to share a tiny dollhouse room with one bed with a roommate. Would never EVER stay here again. The hotel smells old and musty. Incompetent staff. Wifi is also terrible, connection goes in and out. Bathrooms are terrible, very reminiscent of an airplane bathroom. Honestly if I could give this hotel no stars I would.

IBIS just thieves i was planning to reserve one room for one night and the reservation lady requested from me to give her the visa number to confirm which card we will use when we want to pay and she confirmed that they cannot deduct any amount without my signature or authorization code , then i lost the way to this bad hotel i called them again and confirmed that we cannot reach there and we found another hotel close to us . the lady with away brain told me there is no reservation under your name so it is OK no need to cancel !!! that is really ridiculous i swear , so i ignored them , the disaster that they took the amount from my credit card next day !!! OMG they are just thieves be careful when i fight with them they told me ,,,,, OOh sorry you didnt call to cancel your booking anyway the bank will hold this amount for 15 days !!! imagine how they are thieves and i called the bank and they confirmed to me that IBIS took the amount from my card is not on hold !!!!! now am waiting still 10 days if that is the truth i will go to the court really i swear i will really show them how they are selling FALSE stealing MONEY and no respect.

The room was tiny and spartan with no refrigerator or safe and very little space to unpack. The bathroom was miniscule and they only allow one towel (no washcloth or hand towel). The outside area is dirt and unlandscaped, unfinished looking. There is no pool and our side of the hotel faced an unfinished building surrounded by three sides, no view whatsoever. The staff is cool, polite, but definitely not willing to do much for you. On the positive side, the rooms are clean, and the wait staff in the restaurants are friendly. However, restaurant prices are on pricey side. Would not stay here again..

My stay at the Ibis al barsha was one which turned into a stay of panic and frustration. To begin with, yes the hotel has a rather nice appearance, fairly good food, and livable rooms, however what really got me disappointed was the service. The service was absolutely appalling! In all my years I have never been to a hotel with service as rubbish as this. Another negative is the safety of the hotel. for example my room was broken into and I had 1200 USD stolen, then to top it off the hotel did nothing to help me. I actually had to go the top of their security for them to at least help. Overall yes the hotel is close to a good value for money but its service really shoots the hotel in the foot. I wouldnt I stay there again. However if you do choose to stay there please be exceptionally careful with all your belongings.

房價便宜，簡單但不錯又乾淨的房間，長期到杜拜玩的可以住這裡喔，提供毛巾跟簡單的盥洗液，吹風機在廁所，有全身鏡，小沙發，電視，每天提供兩瓶水，有時候不夠跟櫃檯拿也可以，樓下有咖啡廳，走路到地鐵大概15-20分鐘，地鐵對面有7-11，杜拜的7-11有提供免費外送服務喔。這邊要自己帶轉接頭喔!!!

Уютный отель, неплохое расположение, на пляж 3 раза ходят автобусы и два раза в день откуда забирают. Два раза ходит автобус в молл Емират. И самое главное это все бесплатно!

Le camere sono sempre pulite e di per se lHotel va bene. Peccato per il servizio, ti rispondono a monosillabi. Del resto non è neanche troppo costoso. Da evitare il bar all ingresso. Il cibo é disgustoso.

Отель хороший. Из минусов: далековато до метро(кстати есть отель ибис на соседней улице он ближе к метро и отелю Кемпински, там кафешки недорогие вокруг с морской едой). На 1-м этаже кафе дороговато.

Для тех, кто едет не за пляжным отдыхом в отеле у бассейна. Отель отличный для своих денег, чисто, номера уютные, без излишеств, рядом метро. Если вы не избалованы шикарными отелями, и приехали посмотреть страну, то отель вам подойдет.
