All I can say is one of the top hotels the wife and I have stayed at. The most friendliest staff, helpful and on the ball with what ever was asked of them. The pool was spotless as also the rooms. 5 Stars arent enough for this hotel 7 plus is more in the line of ratings. Good effort and work to all who work at this hotel.

Nice hotel. Could be good for budget travelers. Not too much parking lot but liked the Valet Parking for free. The area around is not much to discover or near to any attractions. Rooms are clean and beds are comfort. Facility is just fine.

A really nice hotel with helpful staff and every facility someone would need away from home. Trupti at the tour desk was especially helpful and friendly when going through tour options with us. She booked our desert tour at the time we wanted and made sure it arrived on time. If it wasnt for her, we might not have seen some of the beautiful sights in Dubai that we enjoyed on our trip.

Nice hotel . They do serve complimentary breakfast (mostly continental ) which is quiet good. Located close to the spice market . For cheep shopping do visit carryfore near by by mall (1 km )

The Front Desk and Concierge was really cool especially James . However breakfast was not good enough as there no much options and they were not liberal with the few options. The Chinese lady at the restaurant was equally very rude and nasty when asked to replace the finished food option on the Buffet

Hotel is nice but housekeeping is absolutely bad. We stayed for seven days and had to keep asking for the room to be cleaned every day. Also, they billed me wrongly for breakfast wen i had booked on only room basis. I have received no reaponse to my emails about excess charges but to no response.

Hotel is good in current price, location is ok, Food is good but they did not provide us Transfers as promised in our package and complimentory wifi was not given to us. last day they left bitter impression on us. We were not getting 5 seater taxi to go to airport. We requested hotel staff to leave us in their cab on payment basis but they kept us waiting for 2 hours n did not provide taxi. Its very basic feature which all hotels provide to their customers. However when we showed anger as we were getting late then they charged us 15 AED more than the market rate of taxi. Although it was included in our package.. Moreover desert safari which we booked from hotel lobby, was pathatic and did not provide us good service.

A good budget hotel. Stayed there for 7 nights August ending to 7th sept 2012. Internet reception which i paid for was very poor. The break fast was ok just that it was the same stuff everyday and the food is mainly Indian. Would not go back there. Almost missed my flight bc the reception did not wake me up as requested for an early morning flight.
