Great stay! 5-minute walk from World Trade Center. Comfy bed, just nice room size. Lots of buffet breakfast to choose from. However, if you stay longer than 3 days, youll notice that they only change one or two viands on the everyday buffet menu. Overall, everything is above average. I consider staying there next time.

Breakfast needs improvement especially egg station and buffet (chicken bacon) was not fresh. Overall experience was good i will highly recommend to others to stay in IBIS one central. I would recommend since its 3 stars hotel to put guest name on TV screen.

Excellent service, small but clean rooms with all amenities provided. Gym is small as well, but fully equipped with latest machines. Buffet breakfast was excellent, boasting a large variety of salads, fruits as well as eggs, meats, etc. Hotel reception staff as well as cleaning staff all went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The hotel is located quite close to the Dubai Metro, which we used exhaustively. I also recommend the taxi service outside the hotel - we took a short tour around Dubai for some photo sessions while owning for the airport, and had a great experience with the driver. Would definitely want to stay here again. Good job, guys.

I have stayed for 30 days and each weekend I had issues with housekeeping, from breakfast till 1500/1600 Ive been staying outside to give them enough time for cleaning and they were coming at 1700/1800 despite being told several times. Breakfast is rich, reception nice, ironing dont recommend, had 20% discount and again its expensive and not fine. Wifi is pretty slow and not in standard for business travellers. Another problem of mine is that I still didnt get my reward points allocated. Money value, acceptable but should do better.

Maintenance is very bad, the TV is not working, there is leakage in the sink, there is leakage of water from the shower box. The towels are very dirty with traces of red and brown. There is an annoying noise in the air conditioner.

It was short stay for one night however joyful stay. The room is neat and tidy. bed is clean and comfy. extra pillow is already provided which is very useful for me. Bathroom is clean and tidy. Breakfast is good and enough varieties. Overall .... it was joyful stay and valued for money. Rooms are clean, although very compact. I believe it is almost impossible for 2 persons to live comfortably. The greatest advantage is the proximity to the Expo. Most of the time front desk is extremely busy and there is on an average waiting of 10-15 minutes, for checkin or checkout or to resolve any query. It is impossible to connect with reception from your room, as non-one ever picks-up phone. Even restaurant become very busy during B/F hours, as hotel has more guests (during Expo dates) than restaurant can cater. Most of the time guests have to wait for getting cup of coffee or loft of a bread. Important question is "What is valuable to you? the comfort of the proximity or the little inconvenience of a busy hotel". I think the later is a minor issue compared to the former advantage.

Dear GM / One central When you first opened, you had a multinational workforce manning the front office, but gradually you have moved to All Indian Staff. My experience is that it lowers the quality of service and standards. In the interest of making more money, your receptionist knock guest room doors, while do not disturb sign is visibly hanged outside, to sell laundry service or ask for extension.

My first time to Dubai (Accor Platinum member) and I just wanted a clean and comfortable place to stay - The Ibis One Central fit the bill perfectly. A good location and well run. The room was a standard "Ibis style" but very clean and functional. No problems at all. There is a small gift shop downstairs in the lobby if you need anything such as toiletries, gifts etc, and there are vending machines on each floor - well, there was on my floor anyway. I only ate at breakfast time in the restaurant, but I was very impressed with the buffet on offer. I have stayed at some Novotel properties where the breakfast buffet wasnt anywhere near as good as this - wonderful! I was very happy with my stay, however, the only (small) issue is that the "Accor Priority Desk" didnt ever seem to be open. I ended up running late for the airport as there was a large crowd of guests waiting to check in and out at the same time and the whole process took over 45 minutes. I asked Alexis who served me why the Priority Desk was never attended here to service Priority Guests and she didnt seem to know or care. She wasnt very friendly to deal with, and this was a shame as all the other staff here seemed to be lovely. Maybe she was having a bad day. At any rate, I would definitely stay here again. A 99% positive experience, apart from the check out.

Soiled linens. Pillows smells dried sweats and saliva. Requested to be changed but housekeeping just fix the bed without changing sheets. No soap/shower gel. Valley parking took 45 mins only to approach me saying my car wony start and blame my battery. When we reached the basement parking, my car started. He asked us to get in and he drove my car out of basement. When asked why he said my car wont start he started to drive like he is in a race track! Terrible experience. Thought price wont compromise the quality but i learned the hard way

We spent five nights here and overall are very satisfied. Rooms : not the most spacious but decent size, no issues here. Very clean, always done when we got back every day. Bathrooms are very clean. The only issue would be the shower door which is not water tight and if not careful we would end up with water on the bathroom floor. Instant coffee and tea is included as well as a fridge and safe. Restaurants : there were 2 restaurants. We tried the Wok and food was very good and affordable, alcohol is served here. Once again staff was very friendly. There is a discount if you purchase breakfast plan upon check-in. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Staff : as I mentioned already staff was very friendly and attentive to detail. I would often notice cleaning staff dusting nooks and crannies. Location : hotel is walking distance to the metro making it close to various sites such as the Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, Al Fahidi historical site, souks, etc. Taxi is also inexpensive as long as you dont take the car services parked outside in front of the hotel. They claim they are taxis but have no meters and charge a lot more than a taxi. I would recommend and also use this hotel again! Thank you!

They blame us for breaking electric kettle. Even tho we said we didnt broke it and obviously We wouldnt lie for 95 dhs. And I paid without argueing or anything. That will be my last time stay at ibis one. I use to stay often. You guys told me after one hour of check out. You shouldnt lie just to save your room cleaning guy.

Room : The hotel is just refurbished, so the room it self is very nice and cozy. However the glass doot in the bathroom could not closed completely and making the bathroom floor wet when whenever someone took a shower. Staff : We asked for a taxi to take us to the airport, but the staff on the front door didnt informed me when actually the taxi is already there and made me wait for long in the lobby. When My hubby went out to ask about this, the staff even suggested (insisted) him to take an expensive limo.

We were at the room number 1518. It is a shame that there was an ongoing construction of building right next to the hotel. I think that nowadays rooms in all the floor, excl. 1 or 2 at the top, does not have a view on the Emirates Towers. Door knob at the bathroom was placed to close to the door frame and it was very hard to operate with => getting out of the bathroom after using a shower was like exit game. Door to the shower was crooked so water was everywhere. But staff was very friendly, breakfast was tasty a room was comfy. Totally recommended.

I had a 7 night stay at ibis 1.i have stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels all over the world.london.nyc .Paris etc.and ibis one is honestly the absolute best I have stayed in.im just amazed its a 3 star!.its very classy inside.immaculatly clean.the staff all have service excellence by the bucket full.the house keeping staff who see to your rooms are lovely.work hard but all ways have a smile and a hello .especially the ones who work on the 13th floor.breakfast was lovely.the staff buzzing around constantly clearing tables.replenishing the food etc.your front of house staff and reception were very kind and helpfull.i hope to come back next August for another stay.as this one was so enjoyable and such a bargain.thanks from kath .u.k.

Shower cabin was leaking Other toilet shower was not working well Drains are too much chocked. Other hand location of this hotel is best Just 3 min walk from metro And 15 aed texi ride from dubai mall Its on one of the best location i think U can visit market on sheikh zahid road by crossing from trade center metro station . I think if i go back to dubai iwill recheck in this hotel 4 sure..

Excellent if you are attending an event at the trade center. Parking is free including valet. Rooms are typical of the ibis brand. This location is clean and accessible. The lobby gets crowded and staff has trouble managing guests. The breakfast selection was so-so and also crowded which is expected due to events at the trade center. Very convenient for trade center events.

Cant start my feedback without appreciating and commending on the front desk / service staff. The first thing you experience is the front desk staff in the hospitality and as all says "First impression is Last" I am frequent traveler and visitor to Ibis Central and in UAE in all Accor Properties i have stayed i would rate it No 2. Why no 2? because i would still rate Mercure Gold not the current one but the old and Mr. Ahmed and team at Novotel for many reasons which are attention to detail and the extras they do. I am pleased with Mr. Gitzner job with Novotel and IBIS and under his supervision i feel pleasure to say that these are the best Accor Properties in term of service all across the map. I would commend and appreciate the services i have been offered by Mr. Ali, Mr. Aung, Ms. Guntari, Ms. Khushboo, Ms. Crystal, Mr. Gilbert, Mr. Rizwan (Housekeeping) and the whole team. They have always made me feel like home from late check out to breakfast to room cleaning to any other services i have needed. Because of this team i am forced to come back here again and again and my loyalty with Novotel WTC and Mercure Gold is at stake but cant help it. The issues - 1. Lack of Entertainment Channels (Music and Sports) 2. Amenities for Gold and Platinum members should be different as its of very low quality 3. There has to be additional things for Gold Member like Free Drop Off, Laundry etc Once again i wish the best to Mr. Gitzner and his whole team for always being available and ever so helpful. Eid and Season Greetings.

We had a great sleep over for 1 night stay, its really comfortable. The location is walkable distance from WTC and metro, food Breakfast was so fantastic, Room so small but neat, only problem we face is in Room 324 which the door of the toilet is too difficult to close and open , u need to push/pull so hard can cause you pain in your hand, then no toiletries and calling the reception it will take ages too somebody to pick it up.. but all other things are ok

We stayed at the Ibis One Hotel with pure comfort. the staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are updated with clean finishings. rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and amenities were replanished alos daily. Location of the hotel is great and located walking distance from the metro and close to everything that you need I can however say that the bar prices are extreme. this was the most expensive I have ever payed for one single drink compared to Europe and the US. the breakfast was ok vith only one option in the buffet changing daily(Starch). The scrambled eggs were undercooked and bland. As a chef I would recomment that the hotel focus on their food side of the business as this is the only area that needs improvement. Other than that we were very happy with the hotel.

Great budget accommodation with a good Far Eastern restaurant. This is a business hotel and as expected can get too busy most of the time especially that its located next to Dubai World Trade Centre. Its about 10 minutes drive from Dubai Mall and 20 minutes away from DXB. The nearest metro station is a walking distance away.

Hotel is good. Locaton, cleanness, service, room - everything is good relative to what you may expect from Ibis brand. Blaming Ibis for not having Pullman facilities is funny, if not stupid. Price is also good, especially if you have to attend fair at WTC. Why 4*, not 5 - hotel is good, but not excellent. Consider pricier Novotel nearby if you have to stay longer than few days.

Definitely an upgrade from the old Ibis attached to the DWTC. Service is not consistent some staff better than others. Breakfast is basic, even though they have both hot and cold buffet. This is really a no frills hotel but a really great option if you are participating in an event or exhibition at the DWTC and are looking for something clean and new.

Their service is very bad , I put the room service card on my room door at morning and when I came back to hotel I found my room as it is no one open the door and clean it . even though I called front desk to wonder whats going on he told me Ill check with room service people then Ill call u , and he didnt call me until this moment .

فندق أكثر من رائع وصراحة راح اعتمد هذا الفندق عند زيارتي لدبي جميع الموظفين خدومين وبشوشين وقمة في الاخلاق وعلى راسهم الاستاذ بلال السرير جداً مريح.. خدمة تنظيف الغرف جداً رائعة.. يعيبه شيئين.. الاول / لايوجد خدمة حمل الحقائب والامتعة اذا معك عفش كثير يعطونك العربة وانت تخدم نفسك بنفسك الشي الثاني / مواقف السيارات يجب عليك كل مااردت تخرج تمر على الاستقبال يفعلون لك البطاقه وهذا السبب يعود ان المواقف السفلية مشتركة بين كذا فندق والفندق ليس علاقة بهذا الموضوع انما يعود للشركة اللي ماسكه المواقف لكن بالنهاية الفندق جداً جميل ورائع وراح ارجع اسكن فيه كل مااجي لدبي

Хороший отель, чисто, уютно, хорошее местоположение, рядом с метро!!!! Каждый день развозят на бесплатном шатле до пляжа и до крупных моллов, зто значительно этономит всеря и деньги. Вежливый и приветливый персонал. Нам с мужем очень понравилось проживать в этом отеле.

Ben bir haftaya yakın kaldım. Oldukça başarılı ve iyi hizmet. Kahvaltı iyi ama tabi Türk ler için her zaman kahvaltı Türkiye dışında zayıf kalır. Fuar merkezine çok yakın biz ondan tercih ettik. Yürüyerek fuara 3-4 dk mesafede.

Het aanwezige personeel is zeer vriendelijk en beleefd, van de receptiemedewerkers tot aan de schoonmaker. Daarnaast bied het hotel ook goede faciliteiten, zoals een goed restaurant, bar, sportschool en een winkeltje. Verder hebben ze mij ook geholpen het boeken van toeristische atracties en hielpen met het maken van de juiste keuzes. De liggig is zeer goed. Het metro station is vlakbij, rond het hotel zijn genoeg eetgelegenheden en een supermarkt.

Normalmente me hospedo no Ibis por conhecer o padrão, mas essa estadia não seguiu as outras. O hotel parece ser bem novo, mas apesar de colocar todas as informações no site, para completar o pagamento antecipado devia acessar um link enviado por email, e como não ví a tempo paguei 25% a mais na hora. Não houve serviço de quarto em um dos dias e o chuveiro é muito apertado, diferente de outros Ibis que fiquei. Ficaria novamente pelo preço, mas não pelo serviço.

Ich war jetzt im Juni für eine Woche im Ibis One Central und war total zufrieden: schönes Zimmer und Badezimmer mit guter Ausstattung - super Service und ganz tolles Frühstücksbuffet! Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wer ein günstiges Hotel in zentraler Lage sucht ist dort bestens aufgehoben.... Ich werde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

مبنى حديث وكبير ونظيف والغرف جيدة جدا بالنسبة لسلسلة فنادق الاعمال، دورة المياه جيدة وأوسع من بعض الافرع الأخرى لنفس الفندق ملحوظة، تعامل سيئ لبعض موظفي الاستقبال يقع في منطقة هادئة ويلاصقه اكبر معارض الشرق الأوسط وكذلك توجد مطاعم قريبة وموقعه يتوسط دبي وبالقرب من محطة القطار انصح به لمن يود المبيت فقط مع جودة في الخدمات وتوفير النفقات ولقربه من اهم المعالم السياحية، اما للاسترخاء و الاستمتاع بمرافقه فهو غير مناسب
