Pretty nice resort in a prime marina location of Dubai. It is grand as the name suggests with multiple swimming pools and very spacious rooms. the view from the rooms are amazing. Service is top notch.

The end-end service experience was impeccable, a testament to the staff who really go the extra mile, with a special thank you to the staff at the Grand Club. The facilities were also excellent throughout.... a much enjoyed vacation and will be returning again!

It was a great week staying in habtoor grand. All areas you cant find a fault spotless from in and out. Pool was fantastic even it was hot just jump to the pool and enjoy the slides or sip a cold refreshments or the cold towels they are providing. Great staff too in particular Candice cheerful lady all giving you further care and assistance and her colleagues even they sweat a lot you will see in their face the love on their job 5 stars for the guys too at the beach and Andreas.

Great hotel if you want luxury for an affordable price. Private beach is lovely. Also has a great infinity pool with great views. Only downside is that rooms are slightly dated and could do with being refreshed

Just returned from staying at the Habtoor for a week. Its a nice enough hotel, the porters are notably good, and reception staff are very professional as well. The hotel itself is okay, we stayed in the annex rooms, not the main towers. The rooms here were not great, in need of maintenance and decoration and a bit of TLC in general. Certainly not 5 star rooms. The main hotel reception was nice though. The pool area is big with plenty of space for everybody; there are also lots of loungers by the beach which werent as popular. The gym is good and well equipped. Restaurants and bars in the hotel are rather expensive, we found ourselves dining out away from the hotel every day, and found our bills were around 25% cheaper. You do have a good 10 mins walk to other restaurants which when its 44C can be tough going! There are plenty of other places to eat around though. Entertainment is quite poor with nothing happening in the evenings, and during the day not many events, but this may have been because we visited in the hot season. The beach is close to the hotel, just like 2 mins walk. Its lovely and sandy the water is like sitting in a salty bath! Overall we enjoyed our stay but doubt we would come back.

Just came back from a 6 day break at this hotel and wished i had stayed longer, lovely hotel nice friendly staff, was on half board the breakfast was ok but the lunch and dinner at buffet restaurant was excellent the food was just amazing, everyday they had different dishes every roast you could think off, chinese food indian food freshly made indian nan bread in the tandoor in front of you, all the dishes were there, amazing deserts and lots to choose from. Their were other restaurants there like italian, mexico and american diner but they were not in the half board so didnt use them because the buffet restaurant was so good, they were always mostly empty so i cant understand why the management do not offer some discount so more people will eat there.We had booked family ocean view room which was very nice and big.

The hotel has improved its services, with free wifi available in the room. Wifi was not available in room for free on my 2015 visit, free wifi was only offered in lobby area in 2015. Lunch and breakfast buffet has also improved, did not have dinner. Room service is good as well but ice cream took 25 - 30 min to arrive, that is strange to me. And shout out to Farah the trainee who checked us in and then check us out after five nights.

We had access to the Concierge Club which made our stay special. Great food and drink throughout the day and a spectacular view from the balcony. Made breakfast a true experience. The hotel is showing its age, but were all getting older!

Happy with habtoor grand! last 14yrs weve been to Dubai and huge changes in the city and firstym in Habtoor oh very beautiful place.The pool and beach very good.During the day we stay at the pool and received cold towels in the noon time by gentlemen which is excellent at the beach too is amazing and the care of the staff is a big recommendation for everyone incomparable to other hotels especially Candice who gave in the best. Some concerns we asked her was like the temperature of the water was warm and it was regulated the next day very fast service,and some were small issues and done immediately! Too much to mention but this our highlight in our stay.

Been here at Andreeas; a pool lounge where you can relax and chill, very remote thats what i liked about the place; you can relax at the pool bar or if you want there is plenty of space on the beach chairs. Music was good, the prices are the like all the beach clubs in Dubai, the only thing that is over rated is the shisha is starts at 150 aed, thats really OVER RATED; hopefully you will come to more normal prices like 100 or below....

we loved our week stay in habtoor. We loved the pool,it was maintained clean. Cold towels oh so refreshing given by the gentlemen, candice always cheerful every time we meet her and always smiles to us service great with all this guys even they are bloody taking a bath of sweat still greet us with full of energy.These guys should be taken care of as they bring pride to your hotel. To mention also the good foods in the resto freshly prepared, the bar at the beach thank u for the cold refreshments,the big slides my children loved. Thank u habtoor only the check in and out problem not good service by your staff.

Despite the wonderful stay I had at this hotel, they ruined everything because of a large deposit amount the hotel blocked on my credit card. I am still waiting for my refund despite there has been over 60 days since I checked out from the hotel. I contacted them via phone and email and I havent received any answer yet. Very shameful and disappointing for a 5 stars hotel. I do not recommend!

Top quality and service provided by this hotel. It was a busy week at the family pool. It was crowded and with even visitors from outside. Staff do the extra mile gave us sun beds Canidce the lady there opened up the umbrellas for us,the young lad Paul gave us extra towel. The friendly lifeguards both the slides and in the island monitored our boys. The waiters were busy but attended us even it was delayed. In the afternoon it get more busy and the staffs maintained the floor out of water,some kids get hurt and first aid by Candice. We suggest to check some gflooring maybe thats the reason they get hurt. Beach was exceptional very hottie and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar, sm8iling staff at the towel bar. Housekeeper was great its spotless,the big slides was good and big pool everything.

This is my second time to stay, i have requested a high elevation floor then i was given a room on the 6th floor with a dirty balcony, AC maintenance was noisy at the morning i couldnt sleep. They suppose to send a letter notifying the guests. The phone wrang couple of times at the motning. I would not return back again.

Wish we could stay longer! Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Our kids loved the swimming pools with slides! We went to Andreas restaurant with pool, on the beach and dj music which gave me that happy Ibiza feeling. Staff was very helpful. The only thing they could improve on was the information from reception to housekeeping. We had to wait long for the extra bed we requested. Nevertheless, this hotel is my no 1 in Dubai ( and we have been quite a bit)!

Family holiday back in March 2016. Great staff, brilliant food and service faultless. My kids were 7 & 9 at the time we went half board and only had 1 issue when i was presented with a bill on day for kids having a "small" glass of milk with their meal. Restaurant manager dealt with it immediately and waived the charge. Will visit again some day for sure.

Spectacular hotel with so many amenities. Zumba at the pool. Tennis courts. Restaurants. And amazing service. It was so cool. We went for an early morning pool swim and while there a man came with his falcon and flew it around, obviously to chase the crows away, but what a cool sight. He, James, was so friendly he even spoke to my wife and I about his birds and how him flying his birds, Habib and Gabriel, around scared away the crows and we get a clear pest free pool. Id come back just to see the birds again.

A good location, easy transport links but, unfortunately, in desperate need of quality renovation and an improvement in housekeeping standards. Not up to Dubai 5 star standards in any way. Poor check in arrangements and reception staff, a very nasty smell of drains or similar adjacent to the lobby toilets which they tried to mask with sickly air freshener. Guest towels that were of a far lower quality than those supplied in local water parks. Amateurish repairs to guest bathrooms, very poor quality maintenance for such a highly priced resort. Very disappointing.

Best go to Al Dhiyafa Grand Kitchen located at Habtoor Grand Resort with a real appetite because theres so many tempting starters, a wide range of vegetarian and fish including salmon and other delicious bites, theres salads, pizzas, breads and hot dishes such as beef casserole, roast chicken and much more to choose from! As if thats not enough theres also an arabic food section, the most delicious ice-creams and a vast array of arabic sweets, chocolate gateaux and other bite sized, mouth watering cakes with toffee, caramel, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, strawberry plus a wide choice of fresh juices and other soft drinks. The ambience is calm and refreshing, waiter service is excellent and the views are also fabulous. Im planning to go back without hesitation and can highly recommend this great restaurant!

Very spacious room though nothing to make it feel luxurious ( kettle didnt work.) Resort area looked nice with a family pool plus another located by a bar, and the beach just 2 minutes walk away. We had free wifi in room and half board as part of our booking. Wifi was fine, as was the buffet breakfast. The buffet dinner has theme nights to try and add some variation, or you can go to one of the other restaurants in the resort, some even out by the pool. As for service, everyone was polite or even friendly but a couple of mistakes were made over what drinks we had ordered with dinner. This felt like a good 4 star hotel. The location is fine for seeing the city ( just use taxis to go anywhere like everyone else, they are so cheap) and especially good if you want a relaxing stay by the beach.

As a typical business class hotel, this is pretty much what youd expect. The restaurants in the hotel and varied and the food is good quality. The rooms are what youd expect in this price bracket. You have a choice of staying either in one of the chalets in the grounds of the hotel, or in one of the two towers (more expensive). The beach has water-sports available. My only issue with the hotel is that the internet availability in the chalets is pretty poor, meaning that the business traveller really does need to cough up the extra to stay in a tower room. Building works on other buildings in the area do affect the front approach to the hotel (as of 2009 / 2010).

З переваг: гарне розташування, близько до всіх цікавих місць, власний чистий пляж, зелена територія, просторі номери, якісні меблі, досить різноманітні сніданки, швидка реакція персоналу на зауваження, персонал уважний і дружелюбний, є російськомовні, вода у основному басейні охолоджується і там же є дитяча гірка. З недоліків: не завжди якісне прибирання, досить голосна музика вночі (якщо вікна виходять на майданчик біля басейну на даху), іноді занадто навязливо пропонується для поїздок автівка готелю, суттєво дорожче ніж таксі, серед гостей забагато росіян. Готель дещо застарілий і було б непогано його підновити, але в цілому рекомендую.
