This hotel is the ge worst hotel i have ever seen in my life, service is miserable, i stayed before and there was blood on my bed sheet, this time i stayed again, i had issue with my t.v remote, its has been 5 days now, every day am asking for technician to come and fix the issue and they just ignore, they dont even provide daily complimentary water, the bed matress is very bad. And uncomfortable, looks like cheap quality, internal design and furniture looks modern and good, breakfast buffet is very bad and very smelly, i hate this hotel and ill never ever come back, they simply dont care about customers satisfaction at all, not sure how such nice building and location kept with such management and services....

I took my family for eid weekend booked two bedroom and thinking we will be amazed by the interior and comfortable rooms as shown on the website. This what welcomes you in your room torn and dirty sofas sharp chipped edged tables and horrible beds. When we checked in room was even not ready. Pillows were missing no remotes for TV. I complained to management no response or even an apology to change anything. Looks like they are used of this crapy service. Hotel has a very weird entrance, breakfast is not at all worth 75 AED. Not recommended and will never stay here.

From the night we arrived were put in a room we had not booked.next day they changed our room only one bed my daughter had to sleep on bed settee. Still not unpacked .got manager said we had a studio room .so finally unpacked . The room had not had a good clean .we had to ask for beds to be changed. And also for toiletries. The only decent thing about this hotel was the pool .we had booked a deluxe twin room with balcony .would never go back there.

Worst hotel ever.. not recommended. Staff were really careless.. i went into my room and there were no towels!!! Aldo, they utilize one spacr that was suppose to be a kitxhen to turn it into bedroom and hence there was false smell inside the room not to mention the who living room has the same smell. I had to check out and lose two days of my booking! The receiptionist did not even care when i told her the room was the worst i ever had and didnt even care to know why!!!! Never staying there again.

Rooms are extremely large and clean. Staff were nice. The manager helped us a lot and the security guys out the front gave us some good places to visit. Would recommend for anyone visiting Dubai for a few days.

Dirty ..... first day I found used tissues stuffed behind the curtains. The apartment itself smells awful ! The lobby smelt like chemicals. The woman at the check in was handling other customers while dealing with me.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is good with the train line being right outside the door. The staff are friendly & we enjoyed the breakfast & lunch buffets. The room was quite spacious with a decent sized kitchen & TV. There is also a good sized gym & pool area where you can see the Burj Al Arab in the distance. Shame when we were there wifi was expensive and cost 100 dirhams per day or 300 dirhams per week. You may as well pay to hop on the train & connect to the free wifi at the mall. We booked a couple of day tours through the desk in the lobby. After we paid we noticed that the same tours by the same company were advertised for cheaper in the metro map we got from the hotel lobby. When we asked about it the booking agent told us that the brochures were old. As we didnt have internet we couldnt look into it, so I recommend probably searching around.

The worst experience i have ever came across, I travel to dubai every year, and usually stay at the marina or Jumeirah. I had booked last minute for the new year and came across the grand midwest tower apartments in media city, At first it looked ok, but the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, the room they first gave us their was no water, so we changed room, the second room - all the interior was terrible - it was all torn, tv did not work, the bedroom was not great, when ever we called for towels or anything it would take hours or some times days for them to come, The smell as you walk in to the main entrance was terrible this was due to the fact they had the bins there, I will never be staying at this hotel again. it definitely needs a upgrade on the interior and the smell was terrible as you walk in.

I woukd like to share with people that, they took my money from a booking without permitting us enter after midnight, even thought I received from them the confirmation email with he confirmation of the booking changes prior we arrived there. We booked for 350 AED and they deduct from my account 420 AED. (and of course we didnt take the reservation for the next day, so we felt robbed) we didnt use the utility at all but we paid. The concierge was extremely unhelpful and rude, I wont recommend to take any reservation from this place where they dont care about the wellbeing of their guest at all.

It is really the worst hotel Ive ever been to. First day we were shocked when we saw cockroaches inside the fridge in my room. But it seems to be accepted in this poor, unwelcoming and extremely bad service oriented place. The second day we found another cockroach on the BREAKFAST table and when I asked one of the staff told me "You thought it on the food? Its only on the table !!!!!!!"

Convenient location (internet city, metro nearby, shop,5 to the beach (car), 20 (walk)), apartments are big, equipped, but gloomy and not cosy. Service varies - from excellent, to poor and even cheating attempts. Value for money.

One of the WORST experience ever !!! This place has the worst customer service. Check-in time was 2pm, but got our room at 4:30pm after their so called *cleaning*. I still dont understand what they actually meant by cleaning the rooms for so long. Anything we touch..let it be table / chair / floor...everything was sticky & dirty. Then asked for towels & water bottles per head count as per booking, but received after 5-6 hours. When complained regarding the above...they replied that they will inform their supervisor & will get back to us...which NEVER happened. Later they called us one hour prior to check-out which in fact was the only thing they give importance to. When we complained about the 2.5 hours of delay because of their *cleaning*, their reply was "lets see whats gonna happen. LOL". I have never experienced such bullsh*t customer service from anywhere in dubai.

من أسوأ الفنادق التي أقيمت بها.. فالمنظر على برج العرب خدعة.. وخدمة الغرف بطيئة جدا حيث احتجنا الانتظار لمدة يوم كامل للحصول على بطانية.. وست ساعات ليصل ريموت التلفاز.. العمالة غير نظيفة.. ولا يهتمون بالنظافة.. المطبخ والحمامات لا يوجد بها شفاط الروائح فتبقى الرائحة داخل الغرف.. لا يوجد ماء صالح للشرب وبار القهوة والشاي يوضع مرة حدة فقط ولا تتم زيادته كل يوم بعد التنظيف.. للأسف تجربة سيئة ولا أنصح بها أحد
