The rooms are exquisite, the bathrooms are spacious. The breakfast dining area promises one of the most varied and luxurious options imaginable. Its also right near an indoor man-made pond and stream with fishes, giving the feeling of dining outdoors.

From a visitors point of view: Nice lobby, ambience and staff. If you are attending a conference though, you may find it difficult to find a parking. Also, some parking spots are extremely tight. Valet parking was not offered to us when we attended the conference.

- Never forget your credit card, or you are out!!! The Hotel doesnt accept photos of your credit card as a way to validating your account and therefore they are not able/willing to manually insert the information. No physical credit card no staying! - No power outlets close to bedside table. So be ready to let your mobile charging away from you. - Outstanding staff. Friendly and very professional! Always willing to compensate you somehow by any possible dissatisfaction.

Two days ago a wrote a review saying that I was disappointed but after this review was posted, I quickly received an answer from the Visa Department of Grand Hyatt Dubai. Very disappointed with customer service. I have an upcoming trip to Dubai and we are going to stay at Grand Hyatt one person in our group needs to get a visa to be allowed to enter into Dubai and we have been told that we needed to contact the hotel. Well, every time that we call they say that visa department at the hotel is closed and I have sent an email through my Hotmail email address and they not even bother to response. I have called to the hotel 3 times and NO ONE seems to bother or even worse try to help. I cannot cancel my stay otherwise I would.

It is an excellent hotel for family great facilities and superb food .The staff from ground level as you enter the hotel to the cleaning staff are all very polite and warm .I enjoyed my stay thouroughly and would visit this hotel again. I only wish they had more shuttles to the main malls

Good five star hotel. Many on-site facilities and restaurants. Great spa, great gym thats well equipped. Indoor lap pool and hot tub. Large outdoor pool. Kids pool and club. Rooms are spacious. We got one of the newly refurbished ones. The finish was not quite great. Missing razor socket in bathroom, half stocked mini bar, bath plug did not seal, shower door did not quite close. All in all a good hotel, well equipped, staff are very friendly and polite and helpful. Many different nationalities stay here. Poolside bar/diner was overpriced. Would probably stay again.

Contacted the hotel today with regard to a booking made by company. They have stated that there is a room booked for me for two days. I have asked her for a twin room since my son will be with me. Then I asked is there an extra cost for twin room? This is how she answered " of course there is!!!" The cost is not much at all and I fully understand the restrictions however the receptionist answered my query in a very rude manner that I decided to cancel my booking. Staff needs more training on how to answer queries in a welcoming way. Of the record I have been in this hotel before.

Grand Hyatt is realy grand in everything . I love this place because of amenities and personal service they privide. Starting from checkin to making up your room. Lounge service is excellent. House keeping is realy great. Food they have of everykind you want. Even for vegeterians.

Front desk employee made a duplicate deposit from my credit card during check in. Wasted 30 mins fixing the problem. No apology whatsoever, just blaiming their system that "approved" did not show up when it was actually APPROVED TWICE. Tried to reclaim for the points for my expense in the hotel right after checkout. This russian speaking guy tells me I will get the points if I am lucky because their system in Chicago is a mess. Told him that there is a reclaiming menu in world of hyatt homepage and that he is suppose to make sure that I get the points. Then he tells me that I will not get the points. Talked to his manager and told me that I will get the points which I am eligle for, OBVIOUSLY. What a waste of time talking to employees not trained to standard. Just endless blaim to their faulty system and no intention to improve it. Maybe made the faulty system intentionally just to have one thing to blaim for their mistakes.

Lovely large rooms. Very close to the airport. Staff always very attentive and friendly. Love the spa facilities, great for a relaxing break. The food is excellent quality from the blackened fish salad available at the pool bar to the extensive room service menu. There are also lots of restaurants to choose from in the basement level of the hotel. Ranging from exquisite Sushi to delicious coffee and pastries. Everything you need under one roof.

The entire Lobby central area around some beautiful restaurants is covered in jungle plants, striking ponds with bridges. Its like an escape from the usual artificial things in dubai. Most of the area is so natural and beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Id definitely spent a few nights at Grand Hyatt in the future.

My husband and i have just got back from a weeks stay here. The hotel was marvelous, all the staff were extremely helpful and the food was first class. Pannini has good food. Pepper Crab has excellent crabs but is very expensive. Market Cafe has a vast choice of food and is decently priced. All in all a good hotel for food. The club membership though a little expensive has a Kids Club which is a boon for parents who have kids up to the age of 10.

فندق ممتاز و رائع للعائلات كل شي مميز وجميل خدمة السيارة ممتازة سرعة الشيك إن ممتازة أطلالة الخور الطابق 13 روعة سرعة الاستجابة للطلبات : طلبت تركيب مسدس ماء في الحمام خلال 5 دقائق حضر الفني ، طلبت بطانيات اضافية و نسيت اغراض في السيارة و طلبت ازالت المشروبات من الثلاجة ، كل هذا خلال 10 دقائق فقط كان موجود في الغرفة المسابح من اروع ما يكون خاصة مسبح الاطفال مميز جداً الفطور متنوع و جداً مميز كل شي يخطر على بالك فقط تمنى
