Was a very nice hotel from inside and out. My business upgrade was awesome but it smelt like cigarettes even though I opted for non-smoking. Toiletteries stock are not replenished everyday. This is a shame. Great bed. Very nice staff. During Ramadan, definitely eat in, dont head out into Dubai for food!

Excellent hotel with superior staff. Amazing panoramic views from the roof top pool and lounge. Rooms were exactly what you would expect for the price. The bed was especially comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. Looking forward to my next stay.

The service was great. Requests were answered and fulfilled within minutes. Everyone just had a smiling face. The hotel is close to a metro station, just down the street. You can take it to the next stop to Dubai Mall. Valet service to avoid circling around for parking options. Overall, a satisfied stay! Would highly recommend.

Except for the fact we arrived on a late flight and couldnt check in for about 7 hours. It was a fabulous hotel, great views, the top floor pool and bar were a great atmosphere. May get chilly at night! The room was Greta very clean and had a nice balcony. Breakfast buffet and bar at night on roof was very expensive though. The pub restaurant was very tasty

Hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly. Also the location is good close to the metro station. Most of the attractions like Dubai Mall and Burij Khalifa are right across the corner. (1 Metro station). If you there dont miss the view over the Sheikh Zayed Road from the roof top bar. Only during the evening it can take a while if you can get an elevator.

What a wonderful stay I just had at the Four Points by Sheraton. The service was incredible. All in all the lobby staff is great, always smiling, attentive and helpful. Samson was particularly helpful in going the extra mile to make sure that our baggage was taken care of and that we got the exact taxi that we needed (the van taxi was more economical for large groups) Ahmer and Marry were also great in the breakfast restaurant. Since the first day they greeted us with smiles and memorized that I like a cappuccino in the morning. Ahmer went out of his way to find a key for my friend who had lost it.

A well appointed hotel in a prominent position on Sheik Zayed Road, an easy walk or a short metro ride to the World Trade Centre. Comfortable well equipped rooms, try and get one at the back of the hotel or on a higher floor if you want to avoid noise from the busy road. Good restaurants within, especially the Italian buffet and also plenty of good budget restaurants in the locality. There is a Nandos right next door! Bar and pool area on the roof offer great views over the city.

By far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The elevators takes 15 mins to come up and down, i had found that very amusing. Too outdated, overpriced and the staff are very rude. Paid for a room and got another room the staff tried convincing me to take this room as they wanted to take more money from someone else and get it. Totally money orientated dont think about guest quality and pleasant stay.

This is my favourite hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. Having stayed here many times in the past, I always found the service and the hospitality second to none. And you cannot get a better location in my opinion. With its super close proximity to metro stations as well as the main attractions in Dubai, I highly recommend anyone to stay here, or at least check their prices first before booking a room anywhere else in Dubai.

I have stayed 3 months at this hotel, and it is the best on SZR within DIFC in my opinion. The service is amazing, the accommodation is great, clean and it is close to everything you need (Dubai Mall, Airport, Subway, DIFC, Downtown etc.). The staff makes you feel at home. They are always available, and always willing to help on top of their exceptional professionalism. They have very good restaurants, and the chefs are very friendly. I enjoyed the gym, pool and spa services. Nice bar on the last floor with a magnificent 360 view. As it is part of the SPG group so their standards are high, higher than a typical 4 stars hotel. I strongly recommend it. (Extra: they offer a participation at their Green Choice Program, where you chose to not have new sheets everyday, but the room is refreshed, it is a fabulous and easy way to make an impact on our planet … and your pockets)
