The rooms are large and clean. The restaurant needs some improvement and the intire decoration some updating. Conveniently located in walking distance from the mall of the Emirates. Prices very reasonable and competitive.

The bar service was brutally slow. The drinks were over priced. Beer prices were good and the live music was good. Think the bar staff was either stealing from the company by shorting the liquor drinks or thats the policy of the establishment. Either way why risk it . So many nice places in this country you can do so much better at almost any where else. Dont bother with this location. If this is represents the general business practices the hotel probably is the same way. Went back to see if the last time was not the norm. But again it was a fight with the staff to pay in cash. Very shady do not hand these people your credit card. How can you run a business and not be able to give your customers change for 100. Of course when I got my card back they all of sudden had change. Still going to stop all the fraudulent charges on the card

This rating is primarily for their rooftop Spa. I am not a hotel guest. I agreed for a morrocan bath and an hour of massage. I cant go into many datails but I will list the upsetting ones. My massage session shortened by 50 %. The bathroom does not have lroper soap. I was givrn a hair shampoo which did nothing to the massaging oil. The towels used smelled of sweating as if they were not washed with detergents. When I asked for the soap the masajista said to go to my hotel . I left this place oiler than before and smelling worse than I came. And they had the nerve to ask for a tip for half done bad jobs. Other details will not go through it or this place could be shut down.

not a good hotel. Increase the charges after you leave the hotel reception and deduct from advance amount. Never return the advance amount on time. I am waiting for more than one month for refund.
