Festival City is a little way from downtown, but is only 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel is very modern and well looked after, definitely one of the newer, better Crowne Plazas. The rooms are generously-sized, quiet and comfortable.

This is the best hotel in Dubai, most importantly the best customer service provided in all aspects. Any problems, they will assisted and help to meet your needs. Right from the very start as you walk in they treat you like royalty and make you feel ever so welcome, from door men, receptionists, the chefs, the restaurant staff and room service all brilliant. And I miss them already, the facilities are great and useful. Plus you have your own mall which is literally a 2 mins walk from the hotel. There is so many places to discover in Dubai and you will never get bored. Definitely will come again!

Its actually one of the worst hotels I have been in in a while. Dodgy electrics (plug in laptop = lights go out) and CRAP INTERNET connection which is a basic must for any one traveling especially with business - you cannot make VoiP calls. Ridiculous and I would avoid in the future.

Excelente opção, talvez a melhor da região, pois o hotel é 5 estrelas e se localiza dentro do complexo do Festival City, possui interligação com o centro de convenções, com o hotel Intercontinental e com o Shopping (o mesmo possui lojas conhecidas em escala global, além de possuir o Hard Rock, uma boa opção de comida), quartos sempre bem limpos diariamente, estacionamento grátis para hóspedes assim como o wifi. Excelente opção tanto para quem vai à Dubai como Turismo (pois foge do caos da Shiekh Zayed e seu transito, quanto pra quem apenas faz conexão de poucos dias).
