We reached at the hotel at 4:30 pm the room was not ready yet, had to wait for another 20 minutes. Receptionist welcome us a first visit though its our second visit, requested non smoking higher floor, but Receptionist said only in the second floor wt non smoking rooms, apparently our room is in 541 which is also a non smoking floor. When we got in the room, room odor was awful, had to call housekeeping for a spray, asked for bedroom slippers and toothbrush. The lavatory was not so cleaned, some stains on it are still visible. Lastly the AC had some leakage, Engineering staff advised us to transfer to another room.....what a great stay, thought this hotel maintained still wt a 5 star brand standards.

Good hotel with helpful staff. Terrible location access wise but there are plenty of taxis available 24/7. You could spend a month here without having to leave the front door, and given it is in Dubai that might not be a bad thing. Recommended.

Hotel is located about <5 minutes walk from the train station but it is also convenient for taking taxis. The room was clean and comfortable, fairly quiet, with the usual amenities. There was one USB charging port, while the rest were sockets. The breakfast was buffet style with a wide selection to include western and eastern choices. Theres also an open pool with lounge chairs.

Average, vallet parking available but we faced a problem with handling the car to the vallet because the only place to get out of the car was in the middle of the street as the hotel lacks for the assigned vallet service place to do the process. So we had to get our kids out if the car seats and getting the stroller out of the car blocked a quite good number of cars behind.

I normally stay here when I visit Dubai being a Gold Elite member. Usually I am satisfied with the stay and services but this time I have noticed issues that require management attention: a shower cap from the last guest was left on the towel hanger. The water in the sink goes down really slow. The hand towels are tired with one having some color looking like nail polish and the other had a very long hair. Hope these types of issues with housekeeping are resolved soon.

Stepping back in time to the 1980s, this shabby hotel is a relic of Crowne Plazas of old with its acres of pink marble. I stayed on the Club floor (6th floor) where the rooms have been refurbished in the last few years, so once inside my room I was happy. The free wifi is excellent - easily fast enough to stream Netflix and connect to my corporate VPN. The food and ambiance in the Club lounge were good, and the staff excellent. There is plenty of free parking in the underground car park although you must walk up several flights of stairs to reach the hotel lobby.

My first imperssions..The outside building was very dirty. The 1st level lobby was dark,(no lights were on), muggy and not inviting. My shuttle bus driver actually help me with my things..There wasnt anybody at the desk which was just a concerige desk..so I was very confused until a guy came and helped me. The check in desk is actually on the 2nd level..very odd/different. A male clerk checked me in, when he was finished with the computer work, I began to ask him a few questions, he interrupts me to say maam we have a number you can call for questions..in my mind I think how rude..I look behind me to see that no was behind me..so why is he rushing me..I dont know.. I go to the kiddy pool w/ my Daughter (21 months old)..Im stopped while getting in because we have to shower first..Im trying to explain to the guy..do I really need to wash my baby..I didnt want to argue with the guy so showered her as best as I could We get in and play for a good 20 mins until the pool Manger comes out and tells me that I cant swim because I dont have costume on...I told him as a woman that doesnt make sense but if I have to, Ill just get out so I did.. I had on a thin dark orange cover up type dress (knee length) over my swim suit. Just my legs were in the pool..didnt get my upperbody wet..didnt feel comfortable with my chest out..didnt want extra attention while playing with my daughter..?????!!!! 3 out 5 stars for me.

Highly over-priced for a basic hotel experience. Location is not that great. They will even charge you for the breakfast separately if you book it online (shocking 30 dollars per head! ) and the food is not even that great. Also, be careful about the cookies and drinks on the table, they make it look like complementary but they will shock you again with a high bill when you are checking out.

1/2 - من أفضل الفنادق التي زرتها في الآونة الأخيرة. في الواقع، الفندق كامل ومتكامل، كنت ذاهبًا من أجل غرض معين، حضور اليوم المفتوح لمعرض التعليم الماليزي 2016، وقررت أن اقوم بحجز غرفة انا وصديق لي بنفس الفندق من أجل سهولة الوصول. كان الأختيار موفقًا. من البداية وعند إيقاف السيارة كان التعامل ممتاز جدًا ولقد وصلت مبكرًا عن وقت الحضور بساعتين، وفي يوم الجمعة، أي يوم اجازة نهاية الاسبوع. من المفترض في هذا اليوم أن يتم ادخال الزبائن في الوقت المحدد كما هو موضح في شروط الفندق، لكن، تفاجأت بالترحيب وسرعة انجاز اجراءات الدخول، وكان في ذلك الوقت الأستاذ (أشرف) هو الذي يجلس في خدمة العملاء. كان تعامل هذا الرجل راقيًا جدًا ولقد قدم لي الخدمة المطلوبة بسرعة وجيزة، وفي الوقت نفسه قام بعمل عضوية خاصة بي وعرض علي عرض ممتاز فيما يتعلق بالافطار، حيث كان معروضًا في موقع بوكنيج بسعر 95 درهم للفرد، فقدم لي عرضًا أفضل منهم وكان العرض 60 درهمًا للشخص، فوافقت فورًا. بعد أن دخلت الغرفة، تفاجأت من اكتمال كافة الأغراض في الغرفة وعدم نسيان أي شيء، وخصوصا أنني دقيق من هذه الناحية، فلقد وضعوا كل شيء في مكانه، ومن شدّة الدقة ستجد أن هناك علبة ماء ثالثة مجانية توضع لك بجانب عدّة غسيل الأسنان في الحمام! لقد وجدت سجادة الصلاه موضوعة بشكل يليق بها، فهي توضع بداخل كيس شفاف من أجل الحفاظ على نظافتها، وهذا عمل رائع! لم أتوقع أن أجد كافة الاحتياجات في الغرفة، فلقد زرت فنادق فخمة للغاية، ولم يتوفر فيها كل شيء، بل كان ينقصها بعض الأشياء، لكن هذا الفندق بحق متكامل. بعد قضاء يومنا بالكامل، وانتهاء المعرض الماليزي في يومه الأول، عندما إلى الغرفة من أجل النوم، المكيف كان ممتازًا جدًا، شديد البرودة وهادئ، ومن حسن الحظ، لقد قام الأستاذ أشرف بوضعنا في الطابق الرابع، هذا الطابق فيه المسبح، الجيم، الجاكوزي والساونا، بالاضافة إلى الغرف التابعة لنفس الطابق، وهناك مداخل ومخارج تصلك بالغرف مباشرة، وكانت الغرفة الخاصة بي من ضمن غرف "المنطقة الهادئة" أو quiet zone، ستشعر فعلًا بالفرق! لقد وضعنا أشرف في هذا المكان وفي الحقيقة ذقت معنى الهدوء الحقيقي في هذا القسم من الفندق! وفي اليوم التالي، كنا متعبين للغاية، لقد تأخرنا واستغرقنا في النوم ساعات طوال، وأصبحت الساعة 10.30 صباحًا، وتذكرنا أن الإفطار من الساعة 6 صباحا حتى 11 صباحا! ذهبنا إلى اللوبي ومن ثم إلى مطعم سبايس الذي يقدم الافطار للنزلاء، وكانت الساعة 10:45 صباحًا، أي لم يتبقى سوى 15 دقيقة، وتوقعنا أن يتم رفض دخولنا أو تكون الأواني فارغة من الطعام، فحدث العكس! لقد رأيت الترحيب والخدمة الممتازة، بالاضافة إلى أن أواني الطعام كانت مملوءة
