Its one of the best hotels in Al rigga road( Deira) 400-500 meters away frm rigga metro station. Hotel and rooms are extremely neat and clean. All Staff members that I interacted with, were very polite, professional, efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot of varieties. Indian club ( chingari) is also located in this hotel.

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff. This hotel is rated as a 3 star by the rating groups, I would rate it at the absolute top of the 3 stars and better than many 4 stars. Spacious well set up rooms. And you can not beet the price.

Very nice hotel, good location, the staff is very good. Especially the restaurant manager Ranjit and Apple the serving lady. They serve people happily at time of breakfast. Overall very good experience, will like to stay again there whenever visit Dubai.

We were staying in this hotel for 4 nights. Room was clean and tidy.Full breakfast and it was good. Unfortunately, their employees deal was not a 4 star hotel. The first day we took delivery room, we forget compare materials in mini bar with the mini bar list in the room but on the last day when check out the room, reception gave us a list, showing that we took the things from the mini bar that from first day there were not in mini bar!!!!!!!!!! and unfortunately say that you are lying !!!!!!!!!!!

I happened to stay in a suite twice in 2011, just for a day each, wasnt aware it was a Pakistani hotel. The room was OK, spacious, clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Room service and food were both OK as well. I was mostly out or had to go home, so I didnt really spend much time in the hotel to check the facilities so to speak. Id say this is a simple OK hotel in Deira suitable for business travellers.

Last night i checked in my family and came into my room it stinked of smoke on which i asked the bell boy to arrange for a freshner which he did, then after settling in i called Room Service for an extra mattress, the guy asked me to call House Keeping as they provide with mattresses. I called house keeping and requested a mattress and the guy on the other end started fighting with me that why are you calling me i cant give u mattress call reception??.. Then in the morning i went for breakfast.. the hostess was very unpolite and asked me my room number as if i have no right to be there.. and was welcoming foreigners with a smile. Same thing happened when i took my kids for swimming.. the incharge even thou he was a pakistani hr was vwry unfriendly and unpolite. The staff makes one feel that it is a crime having a brown skin and okay to have a white skin.. Very unethical and unprofessional service. A perfect example of having double standards.

I just went to the bar there for a few drinks at around 4pm. Walked out after just one drink. A rather dark and depressing bar. Nothing worth writing about. There are definitely better watering holes a few minutes walk away.

This is my 2nd visit in this Avari hotel Dubai from August 06 till 12th. The package is excellent! I had booked 4nights and they gave me plus 2nights for free! The breakfast is complimentary! The Staffs are excellent specially to Mrs. Marites Magbanua who is very hardworking and her dedication to her job is unparalleled! From the hotel lobby you will find a very helpful and accommodating staffs like Mr. Joy, Bryan, Emma, Venus, Zeba, and that female indian national ( I think ) in the reception lobby who is very fluent in English and who guided me the routes going to certain city, or place to go.
