This hotel is awful. The staff are really rude and arrogant. We saw a rat in the hotel while having a drink in Rosso. When we informed the staff on duty the man rolled his eyes and told us to go to your room. We then spoke to the manager, Mr Haider, who did not help. The whole hotel is disgusting. Dont stay here. There are many better hotels in Dubai.

Rude and arrogant staff who cant solve problems and degrade women. Rats in the hotel. A regretful trip and waste of space. Even though the rooms are great, the service is much to be desired and disgusting. I booked the hotel for the reviews but now it is so obvious that they write their own reviews to boost their ratings on Google and Tripadviser, I wish I booked the Sofitel next door who have been very accommodating unlike here.

This is one of the luxury hotel in JBR in Dubai.... theres nice view of the beach and all the tall buildings around it... mostly hotels though. The parking is a little bit confusing as they all look the same ...but once u get used to it,then its easier.I love to walk near the beach where u can find variety of coffee shops and restaurants

Be careful, inexperienced front desk supervisor or a manager ( believe he is Jordanian - and may recall his name is Haider) is there to ruin your hotel stay and vacation plans... I have never been treated bad with humiliation in any hotel during my whole life, except at Amwmaj Rotana JBR in Dubai. Had to cancel my reservation during the check in process, and left to another hotel where they know how to treat their guests properly. Requested to see the GM but unfortunately they told me that he is busy or an appointment with him is a must. It looks that its practical with the hotel management as well to neglect guests feedback. Again, please be careful better not to stay there at Amwmaj Rotana JBR in Dubai. Regards,

Do not stay here! I heard two guests complaining about rats in the hotel which we saw too! They were sent away so we caught up with them in the lift. The way that they were spoken to by the staff was really humiliating and demeaning. Our stay so far has been average but what I witnessed today was really awful and confirmed that the hotel is riddled with rodents.

a great great hotel. super nice rooms and great balcony view of the ocean and beach right in front. very accessible to the metro and plenty of cabs easily available as its a posh locality. City tour bus stops right in front of it every about half an hour. very courteous front desk and housekeeping staff. Concierge was pretty helpful too. Loved my stay here specially the huge variety in the morning buffet. Top class property. Shall add some pics very soon.

Excellent location for another hotel from Rotana group right in JBR facing Jumaira Beach. Large room with balcony with ocean view are my favorite! Different cousins within hotel restaurants and specially Japanese one will make your stay more comfortable. Although plenty of restaurants are available within walking distance. Valet parking will help you out of JBR biggest obstacle!

Great location and the restaurants are decent within the hotel at an affordable price. The reason I gave it a low star was due to the way I was treated at the valet. I waited 10 mins on what seemed to be a busy night and my car still had not arrived. After enquiring about it they told me its on its way. After another 5 minutes I asked again and they just handed me my keys and told me my car was around the corner. I ended up walking to my own car which was literally around the corner...

No free wifi in the room, lobby wifi is pretty slow. Spacious rooms, good food. One can get a "beach kit" with towels (free of charge), umbrella & cooler box with two bottles of water (extra charge). A huge construction site right in front of the hotel (observation wheel), so you barely see the sea. In general a nice hotel, but slightly overpriced.

terrible.I cant expect any thing at ritana what I experience d.I have a guest in room no806.I came with them at 3 o clock.from dubai mall.they had a reference. so as they were aged in 70. they came. from england on Thursday.and have to leave for Perth on Monday.4 day stay.when I dropped them we planed that after we will visit new open tram.but when today evening 7 o clock I went to meet them.the bell boy jolly said tell me guest name.I told them lady name near.their British and Australian nationality. they checked in in British Pasport.I called duty manager alabanese national came and said you do not know guest name properly.we cant call guest .called security and throwed me out of hotel.tosay happened one hour ago.I was telling them room no 806.their national iity .checked in and checked out date.they were old so were not using mobile.only room no.806.now they went to take dinner at restaurant. in amwaj.what sop what customer service owh.I just cant believe.what happened to me.I can post their PIC as a evidence also.but duty manager took personally ego.entirely.what a duty manager interested more in chatting colleague .showing pic.whatvwrandard. a big hand to all manage Kent for quality standard at most port ant property rotana had in dubai marina.specially for manager.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr nett. Das Hotel ist sauber. Was mich persönlich genervt hat, ständig überall dir Zimmernummer zu erwähnen, daß könnte man anders regeln. War enttäuscht beim Frühstück, ständig das gleiche kaum Auswahl, dafür das es ein 5 Sterne Hotel sein soll. Es ist zu überteuert, habe mehr für das Geld erwartet. 3 000 Euro für 2 Personen 8 Nächte mit Flug und dann noch eine Übernachtungssteuer von 190 dirham.

2011 und 2012 als Nordfriese ( Husum Schleswig Holstein) besucht, sehr gut für Städtereise, alle Ziele mit der Metro erreichbar, Deutsch in der Rezeption, geht auch sehr gut in Englisch. HP im Horizon (Restaurant im Hause) perfekt. Im Juni/jJuli sehr hohe Temperaturen-für Nordfriesen kein Problem. In der Nähe: THE WALK, Dubai Marina ,Dubai Marina Mall -KINO- usw, Für DUBAI-Zentrum Metro-Station fußläufig erreichbar . Dubai ist auch 2013 für einen Besuch sehr gut ++++.

Excellent emplacement, excellent acceuil et très propre !!! Piscine, restaurants, lounge, bar, salle de fitness, hotel à 100m dune très belle plage et dans un quartier vivant ...rien ne manque à part peut être quelques chaines TV françaises mais pas indispensable... Nous Logions au 24ème et pas un bruit, même la clim est très discrète et efficace !!! Merci à lensemble du personnel. Nous recommandons.
