Joshua MathiasThis review really saddens me because I was one of the first people to try this restaurant when it first opened in Dubai Mall a couple of years ago and it was the best Mexican food ever combined with great service and everything. However my last three visits within the past three months have been beyond disappointing and I was horrified as to how consistently bad the food and service has become. Even though the restaurant was about a quarter full when we dined, it took the servers 20 minutes to realise we were there and get us a glass of water, even after getting their attention by saying "excuse me", making eye contact and raising our hands. We ordered the Guacamole and the avocados tasted a bit bad and were not even mashed into the mix well. Their crispy chicken we orderd was dry and soggy - it felt like it was sitting out for hours and they just heated it and served it up to us. And last but not least. I ordered the steak and asked for it to be done Medium-Rare. They cooked it Well-done. After I brought it to their attention showing them that it was well done and verifying it on the bill, my steak was taken back only to be returned 15 minutes later being cooked more! It was at this point where I just had enough and lost my appetite and told the manager to just take it away. Safe to say will never go back to this place - I can understand one bad service and perhaps even 2...but three in a row...never acceptable.

Leonardo AlvarezWent there once, seems like that day was a bad day for them, no hostess!! the staff was not enough to serve only a few attendees and the food lets say was just OK. Probably need to give them one more go but not sure about it.

Sharuque MoideenGreat Place! Great Food! I had Mexican Food for the first and I kinda liked it. The interior is well set for a romantic dinner.We were a group of four and took ages to order the food as the menu was alien to us. We started with Crispy Jalapeno and the main courses were Chicken Burrito, Beef Burrito, Grilled Chicken Brochette and Chicken Enchiladas. Everything tasted great apart from the face that all dishes were a bit short of salt or may be thats the way Mexican food is. We couldnt try the dessert as we were already food by the time we finished the main course.
