Jamie sTEVENSONFirst night in Dubai after a week in India we stumbled across Quattro Ristorante after searching for best nachos, abs we are not disappointed. Huge menu of Mexican and Italian cuisine and some mixed dishes which worked surprisingly well. Most dishes vegetarian but there were meat prions, we just liked the sound of veg lasagne and risotto both of which were big portions. Very full but after a look at the desert menu we couldnt resist sharing a chocolate dipping platter although all sounded amazing. Came out on a painters easel with tubes of chocolate, toffee and fruit sauce! Staff were also excellent, attentive but not in your face and spoke good English, enough to understand my wife couldnt eat peppers and point out all the dishes and dips she could eat ... no small task in a Mexican restaurant! Will be back next time in Dubai.

Abhishek AroraItalian food is okayish while the Mexican food tastes the same as in all the dishes taste exactly the same no matter how well they may be presented. Also presentation may be good to see but flavours are lost in the whole process of deconstructed presentation. Could be better and the service well, the first point of contact is horrible as the person talking to you on the phone would do everything to coax you to be on time instead of letting you have free will, bad service to be honest and very expensive too.

Chitra MaheshGreat food but appalling service! Such a shame as the food was delicious, unfortunately the waiters/manager of the restaurant have no idea what they should be doing. The fault lies with the management for not training their staff properly.

Vikas MulchandaniSo finally we got a chance to visit this restaurant.. i do not happen to go to many veg restaurants as i m a chicken lover ... but this is one good Italian veg restaurant So for appetizers we ordered Jalapeños queso - its cheese and jalapeño balls .. but not very good ... i couldnt have even one Risotto palle - this was suggested by the manager ... it was really good ... must try ( it comes with chilli oil pipettes so go easy on the oil ) Chilli mexicana - it is a must try Taquitos - nachos with cheese and beans... should try it Fajita pizza - it was good but you can get better elsewhere Burrito pizza - i did not like it Penne pink - it was well made Fettuccine Alfredo - flat pasta with mushroom sauce - it was really good Risotto verde - one of the best risotto Lasagna mexicana - when you this lasagna you want cheese and sauce and everything nice whereas this was just vegetables and a whole lot of vegetables... i dont think i will order it again

Pawan ManghnaniReview Quattro got me like "ooooh". Please let me get this straight, my wife and I are both ardent fans of meat(sorry vegans of 2016), and we were really reluctant to go here in the first place because its complete 100% vegetarian food. But when some of our long lost friends chose this as a destination, we could not say no, and also since everyone we know on facebook and real life has been here and raved about it, we thought, well why not? Theres plenty 24X7 KFCs open around just in case. Moving on, Quattro surprised us not only by the way it looked but with their beyond par food and presentation. EVERYTHING here is Instagram-worthy on the outside but delicious and mouthwatering on the inside. Continue reading to get a larger picture of what we had endured... Verdict Quattro is one of a kind, waiting to be discovered a place in Dubai. When I asked my vegetarian friend why she loves the place so much, her simple reply was that not all Italian restaurants offer dishes where even the cheese and the desserts are completely vegetarian like Quattro does and that just solved it. It is definitely a must go place for the vegetarians but also for carnivores for us we left being completely satiated and happy with what we ate.
