    Loca is an absolute experience. For years we have been coming here, and not a slight drop in quality to date. I rarely review, but this place deserves every star and then some. The food, ambiance, service and staff, and the music: It all goes beyond 5 stars. We are a party of 9 and everyone of us highly recommends this place both for its exquisite food quality and general vibe.
