I would like to go to this clinic in the case of illness or disease check, but today and on 30/08/2017 at 03:30 the Workers or employee treat me in a way that I feel like a slave or employee staff they are sending me from Counter to Counter because they have a lot of people and so they can not afford so Why do they work? So then I requested the clinic manager or supervisor and he did not come, they told me that he would come after about an hour. When I asked For supervisor they did not call him anyways I thought you doctors promised us that you will treat us well ?? and thank you for your attention and sorry for the bad comment .and thank you again

If you have enough time and battery charge to sit and browse on your phone go there. Most of the doctors are brilliant and excellent but you need to wait hours to meet them especially if you are going there on weekend. I visited today at 11 AM and returned without seeing the doctor by 12:30 PM since it was over crowded. Insufficient support staffs and nurses.

Everytime I deal with Aster I get lots of disappointment and frustration, wrong information being communicated as we breathe, easily costing you 3 or 4 hours with no remorse. Very very unhappy, the network of medical centres is expanding and wrong information by the staff is very common.. Needless to say that most of their doctors treat the patients as numbers, there is no real sense of responsibility and moral obligation

Last month when I visited Aster clinic in Bur Dubai,I was so week to walk, due to high blood suger first time in my life.I was so scared of that.But when I met with the Doctor he gave me as medicine as inspiration how to control of it.The level of blood sugar was 573,2nd time it was385, 3rd time it was 185.Three days before I checked & Im quite happy as it was130.I think its a great brand of medical service in Dubai.Specially an Indian keralit nurse, and a great professional Doctor who is also from Indian I thank them millions. Insallah Ill meet with them again next week.Thanks Aster for giving the best treatment.

6 hours 30 mins to get a prescription...I visited Aster clinic BurDubai at 115pm as a walkin patient to show myself to a urologist.. I met some one at the main reception and told him the reason of my visit and showed him my insurance card and I was directed to go to the 1st floor, counter 2 to get the token..I went there explained the same and showed my insurance card, I was asked to stab. In the queue after waiting for 45 mins in the queueI was informed that I need to first get appointment with GP and than he will give a referral letter to meet the urologist.. I went back to the guy at the main reception and showed him my displeasure, on which he rushed me to GP and got me the letter in no time.. I waited for urologist and I was attended at 1650 hours..he prescribed some tests, I went to the concerned department with my file who are supposed to check with my insurance company whether those tests are covered or not.. they gave me a waiting time of 30 mins to check with the insurance company which is acceptable.. at 520 when I went to him check the reply, he claimed that he has sent the request and not yet heard back from them, I called up the insurance company myself and discovered that they havent received any such file, on confronting this to the administration team they tried expediting and by 6pm I got the paper which said its approved .. I saw the time they had sent my request and to my surprise it said 1730 hours.. Biggest surprise was, when I got my tests done and asked them the further procedure they said these test results cannot be examined today and i have to wait till the doctor returns from his holiday which is on 1st August.. when I asked what about a replacement urologist to check, I was informed the replacement is going to come on 24th July.. again I went back to administration department explained him that after all this I dont even have a prescription and the test results are of no use after waiting for 6 hours.. he went to the doctor Mr. Rahul Bhatt to assist who in return said I m busy and his case is not so important tell him to wait for 30 mins.. just to write the name of the medicine..eventually after shouting and fighting i was handed over a paper with the names of two medicine which I was already aware of...They surely have no respect for their customers and doesnt value someones time.. patient name - Vikrant Kamal..

The initial booking of the appointment and doctors check up was excellent. The medicines provided also were effective and gave immediate relief. I have rated this clinic 1 star because of the issuance of sick leave letter. Apparently, the sick leave system was down on the day we visited the clinic, they said that within 3 working days we could make the payment and within 3 days the sick leave would be emailed to us. It has been 5 days and i havent received any email yet. Made several calls to the clinic and all they say is that the people responsible for this are busy and will call me back... Its been over 24 hours and yet no call back.. :(

My wife and I visited this place last week to consult the Rheumatologist and the Nurse who attended was so RUDE to my wife. When My wife entered the doctors room with my maid, the Nurse rudely told "you go out" to my wife ? Is this the way to talk ? She is a Head-Nurse and thinks she is working for a charity hospital or something? She is forgotten that WE PATIENTS PAY FOR THEIR BREAD AND BUTTER. I ask the ASTER Management to remind her this very thing. We complained with some other issues to one of the administrators she promised to look into and apologised but I am doubtful of any action being taken? There were another patient too complained about the Male Nurse in the same floor. Down at the reception only one CASHIER was there and many were queing up to pay bills as its lunch time the other cashier has gone out. Doesnt the hospital employ another person to man the other counter? Most of us are Patients and how long can we stand in Que? Totally this hospital is a mess, over-crowded and they need more people to handle. Foremost the STAFF , SPECIALLY THE NURSES NEED TO BE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICES. I WONDER WHETHER THESE NURSES EVER TOOK THE "NIGHTINGALE" OATH AT ALL?

I gave 1 rate because of: I called to clinic before visiting and asked can I come for eye checking, operator said to me yes, I can if I will come into 20 mins as doctor has a gap hour no appointments. I left everything I came and they told me full appointments and I should come next day. I think they just played.

NO management / supervisor available to handle the customer issue and worries..TODAY waited four hours for an ultrasonic scan and not even success due to doctor unavailability .. One week minimum required to complete the Visit and your patience level will improve after the visit... We should inform to google to add the NO STAR option for ASTER JUBILE HOSPITAL ..

The worst experience in any medical clinic. They have only 1 ENT specialist who deals with both appointments and walk ins. So all the appointments of the day are full but in between whenever the doctor gets a break , walk ins are consulted. The whole process takes over 2 hours. I do not understand why people with insurance would come here. I , being new here , experienced this for the first and last time. Never again will I visit this place

Call center said 24hrs, reached at around 6:20 morning but they said doctor is busy with other patients. I waited there for doctors coming at 7:00. I came from Sharjah because its the only aster works 24hrs. The doctor cams at 7:38, he forwarded us to lab. The lab guy said 1 hour, went back after 1 hour at 9am, the lady said 10am, went back at 10am, the guy said I will get Sms. Looks like we cant trust anyone there from call center, doctors, lab staff also the guy I met when I reached, he was sitting at some insurance counter. At I saw the doctor who did night duty going home, but no patients. Very bad first experience.

The worst place ever to be....... everybody is unprofessional from the entrance till the exist.. i reported to this place around 4.45 with severe bloated stomach and chest pain when i asked the doctor for some sick leave to rest he stated that he can only give me 1 sick leave before 6am and when I looked at the time it was 5.30 so I asked him what is that kind of policy and he tells me to come back later amd get another sick leave.. i felt robbed... after I did my test they asked me to come in the afternoon to collect my reports and when I reached there what do I expect that the doctor is not there and he would come 11.30 at night and asked me to come later.... this is utter crap.. asking an ill person to travel back and forth spending so much money on taxi this is totally unacceptable.... amd now that I want to know whats wrong with me I am trying to get in touch with the medical center for the past half and hour and nobody is picking up up calls..... This place is terribal... I hope the concerned higher in charge person takes this feedback very seriously as this is concerning the publics health and being in such a powerful and organised country this is a utyer shame...

I had a holter machine last june 2016 and was told that the result would be ready after 3 to 4 days, after 4 days I went back to get the result but they told me it is not yet ready and somebody will call me once ready. I made 4 to 5 personal follow up yet until I gave up. But on second thought I told myself it is about my heart so I must not take it for granted, I made a call follow again on several occasions but still they could not tell me if the result is ready, until 9 September 2016 that my daughter made the call and they said they will email the result to us, we waited for that enail but nothing came, today doctor sachin call me on my mobile and said the result was ready and I could go to his clinic to get the result. I went with my daughter asked for the result and I didnt want to see sachin anymore so as not to embarrass him so I just deal with the nurse on duty and he told me sir it really take 3 to 4 days for such result of a holter so my daughter asked him to check the date when it was administered and says June 2016 my daughter says whats the date today it is now September 11, 2016, what made me angry was the response of the nurse because he told us that doctor sachin was on leave that time, on leave that time and he did not bother to ask someone or to deligate that matter to anyone? What if I have a serious heart disease? What kind of a doctor is sachin and his staff? They kill people with their irresponsible act? I need them to apologize and be sent back home to their country to avoid any mistake that they might do again with other patients in the future. I will never go back to ASTER again for any medical help!

This is a stupidest service that I have ever seen in hospitals .... we need to wait for minimum 3-4 hours for doctor consultation... or any other service...for even operation doctors dont come on time to the operation theatre I had waited 2hours in operation theatre on bed as my doctor didnt come on time as scheduled time...... these people are playing with humans life....I will not recommend this hospital to any one.....if there is any minus points I will give -100 points to this hospital.....specially the urologists are worst than anyone....

Parking: took us 35 minutes of waiting,friendly guys down there ,other option ,go and park across the street and wait foe pick up,sick you are good luck!
