Umar KhanBest services, experienced with Dr George GP and Dr Zainab Gynaecologist, both Doctors and all nursing staff ➕ receptionists have polite and positive natures... Specially Dr Zainab is too much co-operative and highly supported... Here only one thing Ive to request the owner that kindly arrange/provide telephone lines for clients to contact directly to "Aster DSO" due to urgent calls/information sometimes we require especially for gyna patients... Thanks

CK Chandra Kiran GunturHave visited this place twice and both times its been a disaster. I walked in with 103 fever, rightly so they wanted a blood test done. I expected the results to come back if not immediately at least the next day. Its been 4 days no news from Aster. I called the next day as my fever had not subsided and they instructed me to go to a hospital as they arent equipped to monitor such high fever with a promise that my blood test results would be mailed/sent immediately. We went to Wellcare in emergency, got all the tests done again as there was no news from Aster. And its been 4 days now - I dont even care about those tests results now. Just a terribly run place, slow service, the front desk has absolutely no customer service training. And this is my second time here when they have messed up with test results. It took them 2 weeks to mail us my husbands Lipid profile results the last time. Pathetic! there are several nicer options in Silicon Oasis, dont visit this place!!

Latisha LotlikarDr. Nilay is an amazing Pediatrician but the wait for an appointment is horrible. Dr. Thachil is great as well. The other doctors are just about ok. The staff - nurses and reception are all very accommodating and always welcome you with a smile. If it wasnt for these two docs.. i would not want to go there.
