I got there 5 mins before my appointment and had to wait at the reception for 7 people before me... even though there were 3 other receptionists to handle, but they didnt. Then I saw the Doctor 20 mins after my appointment time, and all this while the clock is ticking on my 1 hour parking ticket. Very slow!!!

dunia alzarouniI made the mistake of coming here. Reception is horrible. Someone came in after me and started speaking in I guess malayalan language to the reciption lady and after talking and lauvjing was served before me. Theu said they dont ha e ENT?!!!! She saod I have to wait minimum one hour before I could see any doctor and she was nit even accomodating. No o e really cares whats happening here. Will not co.e back and will not sugeest.

I called customer service for appointment at 8.30a.m. she asked me to go for a Walk in as Dr. Will be available after 9.00a.m. I was here at Aster Al Nahda at 9.30 a.m. to see the Dermatologist. I have been waiting here since 11.00 a.m. now and my Number is 402 only patient ahead of me was 401. When I am inquiring wats taking time The answer there are other patients with Appointments. I called earlier for an appointment and Not an Pizza??? Cafeterias give better service as they know who their customers have arrived first. But ASTER doesnt know how many appointments they have and which Doctor!!!! Pathetic and Unproffesional!!!!! Havent met the Doctor so nothing against any medical faculty. shahin caWorst customer service in Aster qusais , I had given my insurance card when the time of appointmet , they checked and simply rejected saying that not eligible .Same day i checked with my insurance company and they clarified that it rejected only beacuse aster they had put wrong number in the sytem. Cutomer care team dont have any kind of resposiblity to treat people on good manners. People are waiting there unnecessary only beacuse of their laziness. But doctors are good

abdulrahman MohammedToll Free Number does not work when i call twice to make an appointment, the last time, i took an appointment, and went to Al Qusais, in time for appointment, the receptionist told me there is no appoinment booked and asked me for a reference, i did not have any as they never sent me email or text message for confirmation, after the trauma when i waited for another hour as a walkin patient, the pediatric consulted two of my kids at a time, and it has been a week, but still my kid did not recuperate well, Joseph Clinic Dr. Ramesh is good for Pediatrics, but he is not available on short notice, now how much more can we plan for medical emergencies.

Dr. Major Sunil Mathew, Aster Clinic, Al Muteena, Dubai... with very rude attitude and behavior & worst diagnosis, please take a second opinion, if your child is under treatment of that horrible doctor... Front Desk Administration also worst... they asked us to walk in for 2 min advise, and we waited for all 3 long hours to meet the doctor...

S.Senthil Kumaran S.SubbarayaluI went to Aster medical center- Al qusais yesterday since My son was not feeling well. I asked the Reception desk for Dr.Babu rafeek appointment . They said only walk in available. I agreed and he was processing. I was taking my Insurance card from my wallet. Meanwhile one Nurse came there and asked the reception desk to stop all walk in appointments. I was totally frustrated and i requested please request Doctor to allow us as a last patient for the day. He (reception desk person) spoke with the Doctor and replied that Dr.Babu rafeek said go to any other Hospital. I am not a first time customer. He is the one giving treatment for my son for a quite long period. I am totally disappointed. I was insulted like waiting in a Que and counter is closed when i reached the counter. This is my bad experience.
