One of the good place to see a doctor. if there is lot of patients are waiting for a consultation, that means that doctor has much of patient and the doctor is good. If we are waiting for the consultation,thats worth because that much attention will get from the doctors side. Professional and decent approach from the staffs. Clean and neat atmosphere as well.

Went there to consult Dr.Chetan with my friend. He is a very good doctor, knows the Indian medical conditions quite well and he is very friendly. The hospitals staff was courteous and helpful. They are quite well organized. This is my first visit, and it was satisfactory.

Well I have been to several Aster clinics but this one is bigger and spacious with free parking for Aster visitors. To be honest i found them always professional and cooperative. To the people who are always complaining should see the work pressure they are handling into and also services and cleanliness which is here much better than our home countries. DR. SRINIVASAN RAVINDRANATH specialist cardiology was very gentle and helpful during all the procedures and advices. Wish him all the best and may God bless him. Well done Aster team, keep it up !

when i visted the clinic, i knew that my insurance is not coverd at this clinic. However, the receptionist and supervisor explained me how the insurance works and its policies. even though i had to pay from my side, they have given the best service and it is worth paying. they have free parking service and free appointment system as well.

Very bad experience from Aster Muteena Clinic. Almost a month now still no call back for my wifes Endoscopy. When i went today after 25days, the nurse informed me that the doctor has to provide MORE INFO to insurance. Atleast they can call me and inform. Does doctor need 25days to give info to the insurance? Aster Slogan should be "We WONT treat you well"

Recently i did MIR scan @ Medinova burdubai on 17th this mont only. They said within 2 days my doctor will call from clinic. There is no call yet i called morning & they ar sating they already dispacth on 20th Oct 2016. If you go & check in Emergency you have to wait more than half n hour then what is mean by Emergency.
