Wouldnt even rate them -1. Poor customer service. The phone keeps ringing with no answer & staff is rude - specially at the front desk. They are just concerned with taking money from their patients.

Noone answers whenever i try to call their number for some queries and appointment!!! Only sick music is playing. Once a guy answered, as if he is unhappy wd his job from the way he attended my call. Better improve or lose customers!!

Called 100 times! No answer!! FYI: whatever bad comments people have about their customer service is true.. people answering the phone have attitudes! Calling HR dept.. pls provide some training how to handle customer queries..

I just want to know you guys our clinic its very good and great doctor and very good stuff great customer service I read the public reviews its very bad but all I know some time there is a lot of calls in one time thats why its super busy and call its not connected and our nursing stuff all very good and kind and doctors also very good and I am working as customer care in amber clinic ground floor we have free parking available for aur patients and I am the one handling the patients in the morning.
