Froi De GuzmanMy wife and her friend had a bad time with a Filipina Doctor (obstetrician/gynecologist) She told them that they are just there for the purpose of just using their medical card insurance. For her information, they will not waste time to travel and pay the fee just to use their medical card. They went there for the sake of their health and even refuse to do most of the medical test which can be done to most medical clinics and hospitals. She also talks and looks most of the time in her desk that to the patient.

Mohd IlyasI have been to this hospital, no matter whatever your problem is, they are trying to generate huge revenue with you & your health insurance company.I swear, Wallahi... and saying the truth for me they have taken around 5 to 7 tests only for minor health issue, they even didnt tell what was the reason for my health issue. All reports were normal I have given with huge acidity tablets and gastric tonics..When I visited there to know actual reason of my health issue because every thing was normal, so instead of listening to me they are saying we will do some more tests and will approve it from your health insurance...To be frank with this experience I understood these people have more interest to generate money instead of taking of patients with right treatment..May Almighty save the people from such big trap which makes common man to panic..I would sincerely suggest them to please dont do that, which is impacting your dignity and trustworthy ness

Mihir SanganiWent there to take my daughter for a first visit with Pediatrician Dr. Rajendra Joshi. He is a very good doctor, knows the Indian medical conditions quite well and very good with kids. The hospitals staff was courteous and helpful. They are quite well organized. This is my first visit, and it was satisfactory.

Olivia LopezI visited the center two weeks back for my childs eye check up. I was asked for the childs ID where i gave the Emirates ID unfortunately forgot to collect even though I was there for 3 hours.Till date I confirm that I did not received the call back. I suddenly remembered my childs ID looking for it everywhere and I just tried today at the center. And there you go Prime medical center is holding over hundreds of ID with them. Regret to those who have gone through the hard time looking for their ID or even worst situations due to your staff negligence and I wish Prime representative knew the seriousness of these ID some are insurance cards and people struggle to find them in need. I confirm that I did not get any call back. Please help those hundreds of IDs you hold to return back. Please do call them as they trust in your center. I wonder if in one center you hold over hundreds of ID cards then how many would you hold across your branches???? Sincere feedback and I am sorry if it has caused inconvenience. Its okay provided you take an intimidate action to return these ID you hold.
