Marouane Al MandriIt is just impossible to contact the hospital, I tried to get an appointment three times now but was never able to talk to any human being! Even if i gave my phone number, they never called back. Very disappointed!

Ksenia SamsonovaI had very bad experience with this Aster in JLT. Aster In Tecom is much better. The service of the clinic is really bad. And i was also disappointed in the female doctor gynecologist who did not offer me a full treatment from beginning so i had to beg her for certain tests to do and medicines...this Aster in JLT made me feel cery bad when they laughed at me at the front desk because i wanted to have more blood tests...

Firas Dekeyاسوء معاملة تلقيتها بحياتي من عيادة الموظفون في الاستقبال غير محترفون و غير ملمين باصول التعامل او اللباقة و ليس لديهم اية معلومات حول شركات التامين و الية عملها طلبت موعد لاجراء فحص عام و قام الموظف بالتاكد من بطاقتي الائتمانية و قام باجراء اتصال و اكد لي ان بطاقتي تشمل استر و حدد لي موعد في اليوم التالي و عندما توجهت الى هناك في الموعد طلبت مني الموظفة في الاستقبال الراز بطاقة التامين و عندها اخبرتني ان بطاقتي لا تشمل استر و عندما اخبرتها ان الموظف يوم امس اكد لي ان بطاقتي صالحة الا انها لم تحرك ساكنا و تعاملت بشكل عدواني معي كمل لو انني انا المذنب غير آبهة بالمسافة التي قطعتها للوصول للمركز حتى دون ان تعتذر تجربتي كانت سيئة بالنسبة للمرة الاولى و الاخيرة طبعا و ساقوم بتقديم شكوى بذلك الى الجهات المختصة

Dennis Rayالمركز غير جدير بالثقة .. وخاصة طبيبة الاذنية كارمن شيران اسوأ طبيبة قابلتها في حياتي حتى انها لا تستطيع معالجة اسهل مشكلة في الاذن الوسطى .. عدى عن انها تستهين بمعلومات المرضى ان حاولوا الاستفسار عن معلومة معينة و لا تحاور و لا تفهم اللغة الانكليزية .. اعطي المركز بكل فروعه واطبائه عن تجربة شخصية اسوأ درجة .. ويجب اغلاقه فورا
