Hadi AbbasENT specialist Dr. Shailendra Udupi is excellent Dr clinic staff is not that good, rude and lazy. The time they are taking for registration and filing is very long. You literally have to wait 15-20 minutes just to settle you payment. It could be improved to provide more good service. Last time i went there at 10:15 and they told me clinic closed and when I argued and showed them thay on web timing ia showing till 11:00 pm and after that they register me. Lastly, when you are standing at reception suddenly the staff start talking in there native language Malyalam and you feel offended.

Vika NombekelaI arrived at the empty clinic at 22:20 and on entering I noticed everyone was there or at least who I assumed could help but was told by reception that they were closed even though the two pharmacies next door were open. I dont mind it being closed but dont claim to close at 11pm but turn me away at 10:20pm
