Vijayata singhVery bad service. From the staff at the reception to the Doctors. Its just worsening day by day. The clinic is no less than a fish market! I waited for almost two hours to meet the Doctor. When I met the Doctor, I was asked to collect urine which was just a few seconds. When I came back, she asked me to wait for another half an hour so that she can consult me again. Very pathetic and shameful especially that she knows I was waiting with a baby of 6 months ! 3 hours for a consultation !!!!

Avani MidhuExcellent staff service in Aster Clinic, Discovery Gardens. I met Dr Neethu (Gynec) Wonderful experience with doctor. Clinic was so congested but the staffs are managing patients nicely and i appreciate everyone for their hard effort to serve each and every patients with the limited space .

Govind RajTotally irresponsible hospital system !! doctor says the hospital will call with time for scan and other tests , which never happens and hospital says they will send sms on lab report which in fact never happened with me on two different lab tests and reports !! total waste of time though doctors are good ! not at all professional !! The aster call center agents behaves like they are the one who manages the total hospitalization system in UAE !! remember guys we have lot of other hospitals in UAE and Aster is now a days very bad on customer service.

renu avasthiMy daughter needs a scan and I want a female radiologist attend to her. I have been told that for a female radiologist I need to travel all the way to But Dubai. I think you need to have an arrangement for a female radiologist coming in atleast once a week for all the female patients. I am looking at other medical centres around this area with the facility that I need.

Sometimes the doctor will not be available without any prior notice always make sure to call first if you are thinking to walk in directly. Dont get surprised even the consultant is not able to rectify whats the problem even after endoscopy.

Anand TiwariVery very Pathetic Customer Service, no protocol at all you would have to approach reception counter for getting your call. After my blood test and x-ray was sitting ideal for further process but no one has assisted then after 1/2 hr I rushed to the reception counter for further help then they said sir just wait we will call you. Guys if you are having 4 to 5 hours in hand and want to waist your precious time then consider. Well Doctor is really good and carrying.

Sunayan PalAlthough service is manage able , however front desk can expand lobby area. Quite packed up during evening. Appointment over phone should be confirmed by sms every time I make a new or modify. Staffs were helpful. I went on a walkin n hence had to wait times. For a first timer I would appreciate if they quickly brief on procedure or show video on screen at lobby.

Shakira AdamsWent to see the gynae and she wanted to put me on very strong antibiotics and told me stop breastfeeding as my daughter dont need it anyway as she is older than 12 months , told me my condition would get worse if I dont , when I told her I am fasting as it is Ramadan she told me better to take meds and not fast, when I told her I would rather wait she got upset so I chose not to take her advise and guess what ... Im fine

Christian MaseI think you have to improve your laboratory apparatuses and personnels/staffs. See, when you visit other clinic or smaller than your clinic you can get the result of laboratory in 1:30 to 2 hours and you can even wait. But for Asters clinic your staff will tell you to come back on the next day or they will just call you but at the end no call at all. Remember, all the people visiting you all clinic are not in a good health condition; personally i want to see the result of laboratory and and discuss it to me with my attending physician So that i could understand my health status. People will be more happy to see and visit your clinic again if u upgrade your system. Thank you!

Asad AzkarPathetic Customer Service, Waited for 2 hours in the Queue n the receptionist sent other patients before us even we came before them and our ticket no. was never called. When we asked them why they are not calling us, the nurse gave a lame excuse that the doctor called your name but you did not show up. As if we are deaf sitting there. It was our 1st visit to Discovery Gardens Branch but extremely disappointed. Left the Clinic without seeing the Doc as Staff was not admitting their mistake and asking as to wait 1 more hour.
