Shane KThe first thing I look for in any doctor is his/her attitude. Obviously when you visit a doctor you have questions and maybe sometimes even worries. Dr. Nazeem has a great attitude. And unlike some other doctors at some other clinics who seem to be in a rush to get to the next patient, he listened to me patiently and answered all my questions. The staff at the clinic itself is great and everyone was courteous and ready to help

I met the in charge of the clinic and informed my situation . He was very understanding and helped me through out the visit . The care given was very appreciable.

I took my daughter on 1st June at 7.10pm to Aster clinic Al Nahda for a review with Dr. As per doctor blood test to be done to review further. But when approached front desk, drove me to payment counter. After payment, they advised they need to seek insurance approval and to wait. After 20 minutes, it was advised that i will get a sms on this. So i returned hoem with my daughter. But even after repeated calls, there is no positive response from call center / clinic. I have verified with insurance, approval done on same day i.e. 1st June at 9.00Pm. This is very much disturbing.

The ReverseCrap and worst service ..They dont care about patient..What a shame..Being a such a large organizations..Customer support front desk is always providing false information. I dont think it will survive for long in UAE. Some other medical centers will definitely take over and shut this crap service.

arjunk devrajI visited Aster clinic in Alnahda Dubai last week & was really happy with the service & care provided.I came with an unbearable abdominal pain & was almost to faint in the reception.Seeing my condition,the reception staff came suddenly & taken me to treatment room.Within no time doctor has arrived & advised treatment for me after check up.After some time i feel really relaxed & my pain was almost totally reduced.I could even mention it as a magical touch of treatment.Really hats off to the entire team for the timely care & support provided.Thank you so much........

Ananda GangulyWorst customer service. If you are a walk-in then, you had it. Please go to some other clinic. I informed that, my son is in child care. So please let me go by. I came in at 19:00hrs and I had to wait till 21:30hrs.. When asked for other doctor they say one doctor has resigned and gone. Only one doctor is available you can try your luck. They are blessed being a monopoly in UAE. Why other hospitals not over taking them. These guys are taking advantage of our midiocre earning. Some other has to challenge them to improve their service level and kick start customer orientation.

A woman full of allergic reaction rushes in to clinic and ask for Dr.shakti.the receptionist is only insisting for appointment.even when requested and the emergency is in front of her she did not ask me to sit and say that she will ask doctor if he is fine to check someone which such emergency. She kept on insisting we should have taken the appointment. I felt like im trying to reach CEO of Google ,im sorry Aster but with this kind of sensibility and man power you will definitely gain a bad name.I was a frequent one for Aster but now Im definitely never seeing you again. This pretty lady needs to judge the situation of patient and help..its a clinic not a corporate sector where you only follow the procedures.sometimes following humanity is more important.

messy mekonnenOne of the most heartless admistrative staff you can find in medical centers.they dont even look at you in the eye when they talk to you. "We dont have emergency services" is the first thing they say if you go before 9:30. No one bothers to ask whats wrong.even if that sick person is a child, they will continue with thier conversation with each other.worst experience. I will avoid going as much as possible.

Uzma ShareefHi Everyone, what can say about my experience at Aster Medical centre so that it doesnt sound like i despise them wait wait I do.... they have some of the worst doctors, the egos of said doctors is nothing compared to the Burj Khalifa, Oh did i forget to mention THE TESTS, ya get ready for the needle pricking of ur lifetime they will do all sorts of TESTS.....for a normal cough and cold they will ask for both blood test and bacteria culture test ok ok u may argue that they shud do it but the OBGYN,... now Miss Shah she certainly does a number on you. if u see the board "ASTER MEDICAL CENTRE ", i beg u to run with all ur money go to India and get some treatment there.

Gokul NairDad had HBP,and was feeling really giddy.There wasnt a doctor present at the time,so we asked for an emergency doctor.Instead we were told to wait for 5 minutes,and in the end we just went to the NMC hospital on the other side of the street.If this had been delayed any longer,he probably wouldve crumpled on the floor.Your staff really need to know how to deal better with emergency situations.
