Amanda NelsonMy friend gave me a gift certificate to this spa for my birthday. I went in yesterday to have a manicure/pedicure and the service was fine. Then I went to pay and I had the worst experience with the front desk. I presented my gift certificate and she said... OK you can go - but the amount on the gift certificate was for twice as much as the service had cost! First she stated that there was no amount on the certificate, and when I pointed it out, she said "oh, well you have to use it all at once." First of all, I think that would be a ridiculous policy if true, and secondly I pointed out to her that that is not indicated anywhere on the certificate. She told me in an accusatory tone that I should have mentioned the certificate from the beginning and then turned to answer the phone. I was so upset that I started to shake! What terribly rude service and attitude! I would not go here if I were you.

Samie TariqIve been going to Baha for the past 13 years. I sometimes let my hair grow even when I need a haircut if Im traveling or Baha is on vacation. Overall solo tres spa has amazing staff and great quality service. They are great at advising and focus on you looking and feeling good. I recommend it to anyone looking for a value for their money and definitely well trained staff for the latest trends.

Anders KargaardSuper salon to get a hair cut. I am so happy to use this place. It was recommended to me years ago and I have never had a reason to switch from Bahars salon. They do great hair cuts for both men and women. Location is in Dubai Media City right next to Radisson Blu.
