Mahmood KhanToday I went to this place around 10 am with my friend and we purchased shoes from 1st floor and we submited our carry bags at counter and guy at counter gave us token while shopping at ground floor I lost my token and went to this counter guy and asked what would be the alternative if lost my token but I have original bill. He refused to suggest any alternative as I showed him original bill as well and he was talking so rudely when I asked him about his manager then he said he is the boss and no other alternative. After agruing for some time he asked me for 10 dirhams against the lost token and refused to provide the bill for 10 dirhams. As I was getting late for some work I paid him 10 dirhams. This was horrible experience and they dont know how to talk with customer.
