QurratulainI kept seeing people with huge trolleys filled with things so went in to see what the fuss was about. They have everything that you can possibly think of and its all pretty inexpensive. They also stock Wet n Wild which I was ecstatic about. Id definitely recommend going!

Nawal ZiouiDropped by to pick up some groceries as I happen to be in mall of emirates, at check out I had quit few stuff to carry, I asked for large bags, the cashier and the helper just stood there claiming there are none. I said it is not possible that the whole store does not have large bags why dont u ask ur colleagues, with an annoying nonchalance turned to the one behind him who had none, shouted to the one in front of him who also had none and continued scanning the items without even telling me. The customer behind me had way too many items and also asked him to get larger bags but the cashier was just stupidly smiling saying there is no bags. I eventually had to buy the bigger bags which I did not want to as I have already. Now, first of all, train your staff on basic customer service or at least how to handle such shortage. The cahier who handled my check out just said u can complain here is my name and kept smiling adding to my dissatisfaction. Second you should look at your CSR initiatives, plastic bags are non environment friendly we all know that, u can at least reduce its consumption by providing descent size bags my items would have fit in 3 of the regular size bags instead there was only small one which would have doubled the amount of bags used.

Layla JudahI was at your MOE branch on Thursday, June 1st 2017 around 2pm. I left work and went directly to pick up a few groceries. I have my coupons in my car and so I piled them up and took them in along with my 50 aed off. When I got to the register with my groceries the cashier didnt want to take my coupons bc I didnt have my club card on me. I explained the number is on the bottom of the receipt no need to be difficult, she was.. I asked for the manager and the manager with ill-spoken English and like a broken radio kept asking me for my club card without even believing me that I forgot it. Look I shop here once a week, and to my dismay of your terrible customer service I left my groceries and walked out of the store. I understand you have thousands of customers but it only takes 1 to ruin it all for you. It shouldnt be necessary to ask for great customer service. Lately you have hired the worst staff to run your locations and mind you they are busy. Also having noticed after 2 years of owning the club card, we found out the cashier guy swiped us a card with someone elses information. HOW TERRIBLY TRAINED ARE YOUR STAFF?

May WisdomBe aware of their Myclub points system. Last month because of some problem at cashier, I had to go to their customer service counter to ask them to put the points manually into my account. When I logged into my account, I found the points in my account were different from my receipt. Basically there are 500 points missing in my account and the credit voucher issuing was deleted many times. When I pointed these out to them, they told me they would report it to head office and they would fix it within a week. Now after a month they offer no solution, but they did change their Myclub viewing pages. You no longer can see your points or voucher issuing history. Surely its more convenient for them to take your points back without traces. Luckily I took some screen shots before they changed it. Hopefully DED will look into their system soon.

Naren MajetiI cannot believe that I remember visiting this supermarket as a tourist in Dubai around 6 years ago. It is well stocked as I remember and because it was Ramadan, there wasnt lot of Muslims. Thats pretty much all I remember.

Mike SmithIf youre buying laptops and mobile phones from here, check them before you leave the store. We bought a laptop that was faulty and they would not replace it 3 days after purchasing. I wont be buying anything substantial from carrefour again and I recommend you do the same.

Sarah NGenerally a good supermarket with a large variety of items. Can get very busy during weekends so its best to go early or during the week. Just returned from a bit of a nasty experience involving one of the staff (Lias). I wanted to purchase a new Spring Air mattress and we waited ages to speak to somebody. He finally came over to tell me off for lying on the mattress and then walked away again. He spoke to me like I was a young child and I did not appreciate his tone to a customer who was trying to find help for a 2000 dhs purchase! He did not offer to help although it was clearly his department and he didnt seem to be doing anything else. Needless to say I will purchase a mattress from somewhere else.

ihssane lagzirivery Disappointed. 3 years ago i bought a computing Acer from Carrefour mall of the Emirates during Ramadan sale, last week the charger stopped working. went to buy a new one then i found out that they have gave a compatible one in the pack instead of the new one i dont know if the Administration are aware above it or its done by their staff. Personally i dont think that i will buy any electronic item from there even if its SALE.

Its a huge supermarket which offers everything you can think of, whether it be cheese, or chewing gums, or televisions, or luggage, or drinks or food, or stationary and thats something I would call a cake but to top it of with a cherry the deals are worth grabbing!
