The Taj Dubai was beyond our expectations. From the minute you walked in door until our departure. The customer service is outstanding. The entire property is spotless from top to bottom. The Pool area is awesome located just beside is a gym, steam and sauna room which is pure heaven. The restaurant has a wonderful feel and the food selection and quality was top notch. I do not do many reviews at all but I could not pass an opportunity to highly praise the Taj and their staff. Only 5 minutes drive to Dubai Mall and they have a courtesy bus that will take you there and pick up you up.....If I am every back in Dubai the Taj is the perfect place for us. Thank You so much everyone for our awesome experience. I so hope return. The Gordon/Fuller Family

Im shocked to see all these great reviews ..Breakfast at this hotel is horrible! throughout our one-week stay, they continuously served uncooked chicken sausages and most of the food items were cold and not appealing to taste.. even the fruits were unripe! The toilet in our room had a leakage problem and smelt so awful for the entire week! When we arrived they disguised this smell by using aromatherapy scents to mask it but within a day the scent faded off and the real latrine smell began to pollute the entire room. The only positive I can say is that the hotel is very beautiful and is in a decent location. It is however very overpriced!

36 floors Nice hotel on a perfect location I.e. Burj Khalifa Street. BIGGEST mall Dubai Mall is nearby. Hotel has different category rooms ranging on High rise street view to Burj Khalifa View etc. Lovely buffet breakfast , helpful staff. Lounge I.e. Treehouse is quite romantic. Great Place to stay as Independent Traveller or With Family.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best prices around... That Added Element in a Land of Luxury... Stayed at the Taj for 4 nights and everything from the checkin to the bell boys were amazing. Everyone at this hotel is attentive and no request was too small.. we used all of the hotels facilities from the bars to the pools and ate in the restaurants and partied in the club. the rooms were spacious had an amazing view. This Hotel really has the fine details and service covered. In a land that is all about Luxury... sometimes it takes that added detail and service to keep you at the top. Also in a great location if you want to be downtown!

Really enjoyed staying here. Amazing views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai from the room. Great service and the rooftop bar is a popular destination to meet other travelers. Had an espresso and cigar in the executive room and the staff was very attentive. Definitely would stay here again.

AUD$8 for a can of Pepsi. Asked if reception could recommend an external restaurant for the evening and was told there were none available and we would have to dine at the hotel. Of course this was a lie. The hotel dinner is terrible and way overpriced. One star given for large well-equiped gym. Another star given for decent breakfast.

The nice thing about this hotel that you can book online or at the check in desk at the same of your stay yet it depends on holiday seasons. I have been in the hotel couple of times for stay vacation and I enjoy every bite of my stay.

Great hotel with some nice views and attentive staff. Near enough to places and has a small group of shops behind it if you need stuff. The rooms are well equipped. Front desk staff were a bit hit and miss. The concierge booked us a sand safari and it was the coolest thing Ive ever done in s single day. The main competitor to this hotel would be the Oberoi and I would say that the Taj just comes in second place to the Oberoi if you ask me

Location is excellent to view Burj Khalifa and fountain BUT you cannot go out by feet because of construction zones around and roads, need taxi or free shuttle bus. I would rate them a 6* If I could and I rarely say that. These guys take care of everything for you. Their attention to detail is paramount. When we first arrived the check in was smooth and the bell boys took our luggage to our rooms right away. The room was personalized with a letter and the TV also had notes welcoming us by name. The burj kalifa view room is a must! Its absolutely stunning! The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast had a huge selection, from Dosa to omelettes to waffles and crepes. The hotel pool is beautiful and the lounge was amazing with the view of the burj kalifa. They had a Cadillac escalade! Shuttle you to the dubai mall every hour which is so convenient. The door men are so friendly and they assisted us Everytime. I would definitely go back or try another one of their hotels. Absolutely amazing experience.

Not far from dubai mall, but there is no direct walking line (around 25-30 minutes-you can google the path!!), so better to take a taxi if you have small children ,taxi will cost u 12ed .
