What can I say, firstly the service is absolutely brilliant everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They are so understanding when it comes to asking for an upgraded room or asking to extend our stay for a few more hours due to a late flight (free of charge). The breakfast is one of the best things about this hotel such a great variety of foods ranging from Indian, full english to Arabian as well as others. The swimming pool looked amazing however I was too busy to have a swim. The rooms are large and look fabulous with excellent views of the world trade centre and other skyscrapes. If you like your views you would love the views from the bathroom you can literally see the whole of sheikh Zayed road whilst having a bath. I would definitely stay here again if I do come back to Dubai, I had a delightful time staying here.

Actually was much better than I expected from a non-international brand hotel. Room were nice and well equipped, views were excellent, air conditioning was good and was quiet. Gym was ok and unfortunately while I was there the swimming pool was closed, for refurbishment, which is not ideal when its 43°C outside over the weekend! Staff were nice, remembered me each day (I was there for 2 weeks) and were attentive, but not overbearing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location of the hotel is really good, and is very close to the Burj Khalifa and other attractions, it is only a few minutes walk to the World Trade Centre metro station, making it ideal if you are planning to use the train. The hotel is so clean and the staff are lovely, breakfast was fantastic with different variety of food on offer every day. Swimming pool and the gym facilities were outstanding with separate spa facilities for male and females. I would recommend this hotel and would also be very happy to stay here again.

When i checked in i found the concierge staff not very helpful or knowledgeable. As we arrived at 05h00 am, we booked the room a day before and sent flight details. Yet they had us a a no show. Was a little annoyed. Other than that, the rooms are cozy and staff friendly. Havent had a chance to explore the hotel as we attended a trade show. Will deff recommend this hotel if youre coming to the Trade Center. Its a mere 15 minutes walk accross the road.

2 Tower complex. One Tower is a mixed use between Hotel Apartments and offices. Other is a 5 star Hotel. Getting parking is a bit of a hazel. Valet parking is available in the front side for the 5 star hotel and back side for the hotel apartments. Great restaurant and bar available in the 5 star hotel

Me (Filipino) and my husband (Pakistani) checked- in at the hotel friday night from our long trip drive all over the emirates, No doubt hotel was luxurious in terms of furniture and fixtures. This is not our first time to book and stay in Radisson Blu Hotel but this is our first time to book in this specific hotel,we had used our carlton points to get free night in this hotel, all along we thought everything will be fine and we are about to sleep when a room service staff went to our room just to empty everything in the mini bar-- my husband was in shock and felt embarrassed, as per the room service staff he was asked by the reception to empty it. RACISM & DISCRIMINATION -- thats what I felt, is it because we are not as beautiful or glamorous as other guest they have?My husband tried to raise the issue with the hotel manager in charge the next morning but he only acknowledge he didnt dare to ask for my husbands name nor any contact number..

For a five start hotel we were a bit disappointed, when comparing to alternative 5 or 4 star hotels. We decided not to pay the extra 115 aed per person for breakfast when we saw how many and much cheaper alternatives are within walking distance. Also I had to pay 20 aed for using an old stationary computer in the business centre for 10 minutes, not really what I am used to being a gold card holder and having spent more the 500 nights with radisson. The staff in the reception are trying hard and are very friendly but strike you as not very professional and lacking training.

Hôtel très très bien ! Chambre au top du top donnant sur la mer ! Petit déjeuné très garnis et divers ! Le seul problème cest que quand nous y étions la piscine ete en rénovation ce qui est pas top surtout quand il fait 46°c mais ils avaient prévu un bus permettant de relié un autre hôtel qui disposait dune piscine et ils nous ont offert le Petit déjeuner ! Lhôtel est situé a 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro : World trade center Cest un hotel que je vous recommande !!

Выбирали бюджетный отель, поэтому были приятно удивлены. Отель несколько раз менял название и концепцию, что отразилось на его нынешнем виде и состоянии. Постараюсь выделить основные плюсы и минусы. Плюсы: Качество материалов и отделки, планировка номеров и систем управления светом и кондишеном в номере, дорогая, японская сантехника, вид из окна(39 этаж, первые номера). Абсолютно дружелюбный персонал. Обнаруженные недостатки в номере были моментально исправлены. Уборка каждый день, бесплатный и быстрый wifi везде в отеле(что очень важно при ценах на 3g в Дубае). Завтрак каждый день практически одинаковый, но выбор максимальный. Есть всё(основные блюда, молочка, выпечка, рыба, фрукты, напитки), и всё вкусно. От отеля идёт бус на кайт-бич(туда в 10.30, обратно в 14.30) Минусы: Вся отделка и техника в номере(кроме сантехники) имеет слегка изношенный вид. На дверях ванной и туалета нет замков. Питание в отеле очень дорогое, но рядом есть масса недорогих кафе. Имейте ввиду вышеизложенные факторы. Мне, например, минусы совершенно не помешали. Очень доволен этим отелем, тем более, что цена на него была невысокой.
