Sitting in Cafe M restaurant - completely ignored. Lots of staff - but unfortunately they are all socializing with each other. I asked if they were serving food and they looked at me like I was interrupting their private conversation and their socializing. The waiter Javohir, decided that he will make me wait more just because I asked for service. Leaving now and will never return. Good bye Cafe M forever.

One of the very decent hotels in town. Got a nice club lounge. Accessibility to certain shops could be an issue unless you are willing to walk to the other street of the road for 10 mins. Great location over all. 6-7 mins walk to nakheel metro station.

Went up to garden at 8 and had a fantastic time. One if the best brunches Ive been to. So relaxed with a great live performance outside. The food was excellent and had a wide selection of food from delicious sushi to scrumptious apple pie. Will most definitely be here again.

We went to The Med Friday brunch poor choice of food. The alcohol selection was very poor. They didnt have an alcohol menu. Service was very poor considering it wasnt that busy! To top it off the price was a quite high for this friday brunch. Dont go guys!

I visit this place frequently for conferences. Looks like a very nice hotel. The food is also very nice, along with the arrangements. Love the coffee mugs, quite quirky messages theyve. Valet parking available here. Dont take the exit towards Al Falak street, to reach the hotels front valet, else youll be deviated. In case you do, theres a valet at the back side as well.

Great location. Walking distance to Dubai Internet City. Rooms are adequately furnished. Pretty good service too. The rooftop open air restaurant is amazing. Internet access is not included in the room rent. Had to pay 75 dirhams per day to get Internet.

i have not stayed here. but the pubs here are worth visiting. one of the happening places in dubai. Q43 is amazingly crowded and the music is very good. Q41 used to be secret circle invite only. im not sure its still happening or not, if yes then must visit. There is also a friends themed lounge for f.r.i.e.n.d.s fans. overall experience - 8/10

I dont know what the last comment was about.... Ive been in media One, at three different restaurants/bars tonight. I dont know what has happened to media one as of late. Obviously the staff has changed. Bartenders are garbage (except for Alex in crab tavern), six bartenders/waitresses not doing anything at dek on 8, not to mention no shisha.... hmmm. Concierge wasnt helpful and was non existent when trying to get a taxi, on a Monday night!! So what else lies underneath the new media one scene...

My stay in the Media One Hotel, from the minute I dropped my car off at valet parking to Jobelles professional and hospitable check-in and then check-out, I had one of the best hotel experiences I have had in my years of traveling. The staff, the room, the restaurants, and even the Wifi were all excellent.

Q43 is a bar at the 43rd floor. The view is amazing and the drinks are good too. Deck on 8 is a pool side bar which has a small dance floor and some good cocktails. My favorite is the Crab Tavern on the 9th floor. A new bar with friendly staff and a very positive vibe.

My experience at the Media One hotel has been ruined by the appalling handling of what seemed like a minor problem. My hotel bill was paid twice and I am still waiting for a refund of 2,400 UAED after 6 MONTHS! I have been in contact with the front office manger, a Ms Sue Chua, on numerous occasions and get the promise of a refund within a week, but absolutely nothing happens. If you dont want a problem steer clear of the Media One

Just a pretentious and unpleasant place to stay at. Purified design is only a pretence to cap a minimal maintenance cost per room. (no coffee machine, limited bathrobes, partial cleaning, etc) Diagreeable staff severely missing essentials of customer needs management. If you have no other choice to stay there, at least request a room that is far away from the pool side, otherwise no sleep before 1.00am. Great dj-parties though, so go there for a drink and sleep further away

Disappointing. Hotels trendy feel is actually just irritating and childish particularly all their messaging e.g on the mini bar theres a message thats something like "Want something, call the cooler dude", similarly on their feedback form "was there any boohoo moments?". In addition, they messed up on the following fronts (one of these might be acceptable, on mass, I wont be coming back): - Smoking room: I wasnt asked which I wanted, they just assigned me to a smoking room. This was pretty gross (I was only staying a couple of nights and I was exhausted on arrival so wasnt going to put up a fuss to change). - Unclean: I put my book down on the bedside table and there was some sticky substance that got all over my book. - No hot showers: The temperature of the showers ranges between luke warm and luke warm. Couldnt get it hot, and even getting it to luke warm was difficult. - Noisy rooms: Could hear the music from the pool quite loudly in my room - Wifi issues: Kept popping up an annoying message about certificates, which was distracting and annoying On a positive note, the breakfast was good.
