Friendly staff that are trained to support customers. Clean, well proportioned rooms, with good views for the time being. Food is rather bland, but this applies to most hotels who have to serve a wide variety of pallets. Room prices are decent for the level of service you get. Location means shops and outside restaurants most likely require a taxi ride as opposed to being able to walk.

Absolutely fantastic the service is fantastic tge best i have recieved in the UAE honestly the ppl here are like family. Ghulam and Ojo as u enter the hotel Hazad at front desknanf even javed at breakfast i would recommend a stay here to anyone its 10min to dubai mall and 10 min to airport they is no metro so u have your own cat its a plus but they have shuttles to malls and attractions.

Me and 7 of my friends went there for my birthday... it was around 10 pm during Ramadan (Sohor) we sar on table in the corner... the food was horrible ( especially the mix grills )... no one ate anything... appetizers were awful...even the frise were cold and saggy!! and dont let me get started with *the foul modammes* service was like 3/10.. maybe our service was worse than the usual since we used a groupon voucher but I dont think it should affect the food quality!! Music was so bad (it sounded like bed time nursery rhymes) I got sick after (though I barely had a bite of my main course) definitely not going back!!! PS * the staff didnt even sing for me or say happy birthday :/

It felt great to feel at home in a new foreign place. We enjoyed a free buffet in the mornings thanks to my fiancés Marriott status and although we missed it, there was one in the evening too, I believe. Great property, just slightly remote from the downtown area of Dubai. Not an issue, though, thanks to the Dubai Mall shuttle provided on a regular schedule from the hotel.

This is my go to spot to stay in Dubai. Priced attractively, a great location, spacious rooms, nice check in agents, and an overall great value for what youre getting. The gas station right next to the hotel is especially convenient when your trip is over and you need to top up the gas in your rental car on your way back to DXB.

The staff were extremely friendly and polite. Shuttle bus service to various destinations throughout the day including the dubai mall- always on time! Swimming pool and jacuzzi (includes shisha and bar there) on level 8 roof top is amazing with spectacular views. Clean huge corridors and rooms. An incredible property the Marriott organization should be very proud of! I will never forget awaking to see the Burj Khalifa glowing in the pre-dawn light as I lay in bed. And the staff; never have I felt so welcome as a hotel guest. Words cannot describe how special the staff at the Marriott Al Jaddaf made my wife and I feel during our recent anniversary weekend. I particularly want to name Rose and Janice in the executive lounge, Nadia who also helped out in the lounge during my stay and the Abo, the affable door man. Everyone knew our names and sensed our every need; I cant recall having to ask for anything. This is a first rate hotel in every way imaginable and I cant wait for an opportunity to re-live the experience!

Excelente hotel si bien esta lejos de todo en un lugar que no hay nada, eso no tiene que ser un problema ya que Dubai no es una ciudad que uno pueda caminar varias cuadras por lo agobiante de su clima en verano. Los departamentos son muy limpios lujosos. El personal si bien no hablan español hacen el esfuerzo para entenderte.
