The staff are friendly and attentive. The place environment is clean and for 500 Dirhams i.e. approximately $135 for two nights, it includes breakfast and taxi to and fro the Airport. I got the deal from the Arabian Adventures desk at the Dubai International Airport. I think its good value for money. Considering the fact that its only 15mins walk to the Deira city center and the metro is nearby.

Horrible experience a real let down , i ordered breakfast but didnt use the service but was still charged ! Despicable practice ! ive stayed in hotels all around the world & this was the worst ! Room service menu was terrible the room was dirty & smelt bad I had to ask for air freshener overall quality 2.5stars I will never stay there again & will not recommend it to anyone !

Staff memebers are nice. Room space is just fine. it is also quiet. It is located in a, somewhat, popular area. Furnature and internal design are old and outdated. it need renovations. Internet service is not stable, sometimes the speed is very high some other times, it is absolutely lost. However, it good from the value for money prospect.

Staff have limited english and are less than helpful because of this. Very old dated bathrooms not like the pics that have been photoshopped. In the old part of Dubai and not near much of the attractions. About 20 min taxi ride. Im not sure how this hotel gets 4 stars - I would say a 2.5 if in Oz. Breakfast was included and lovely but you were ushered out the door when time was up and you werent allowed to take your coffee with you. Paid for everything in Oz only to be charged more taxes on arrival. Why advertise a rate that isnt all inclusive. I wouldnt bother here. Pay a bit extra - we checked out a 5 star and a world of difference

Yes , I truly hate it as the staff in one of their clubs didnt behave properly. He was too rude. Had behaved pathetically with us. He yelled on us and asked us to move out of the club Immediately as one of us was in floaters. Despite of telling him that we had just come to check the kind of club, he was too rude to not allow us to be there for even a minute and ousted us of the place. Excessively unprofessional behavior, I totally condemn the use of this hotel. And would advise not to use this club specifically . Its too demeaning.
