The staff is the most important added value of this hotel. Always kind and ready to help whenever is needed. Very professional team!! Rooms are fine and the last one was perfect being very silent and with a lot of space. The view wasnt so good however I was spending my time at the office... Keep going like this is great!

Main attraction is the pool, it is splendid in every way and the rooms live up to the reputation of the photo gallery. Hard working staff do their best to make the stay excellent for you. the place easy to access and it is located in a quiet area but all the facilities are reachable in a few minutes. the staff were totally friendly and helpful the car valet is at your commands, the hotel is clean, neat and really responsible and committed to serve the customers at a high level of proficiency.. to sum up, it is one of the unforgettable hotels I ever booked. I would go back again in the future and definitely recommend it to everyone.

Since finding the Majestic Center Towers I have been nothing but impressed with every aspect of the Hotel. The staff is incredible. Every hotel experience starts with the Bellman and you have some of Dubais finest on Staff. They make a point to remember you and then greet you like a member of the family. They set the tone and every department after them maintains the high level of professional hospitality all travelers appreciate. The rooms are all impressive and the beds are addictive and I always leave well rested. On my most recent stay, I had one of the best steaks Ive had in Dubai. I cannot speak highly enough about the Majestic Hotel Tower and her staff. I look forward to my next run through Dubai and another stay at the Majestic worth bragging about. I highly recommend it.

The first think that struck me about the hotel was how easy it was to get there from the airport. Checking in was a little slow for reasons unknown to me. Other than this, the hotel lives up to its name in every way: Majestic pool, wonderful rooms with balconies, food and drink available 24 hours, close proximity to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, easy access to the Gold Soug and other advantages too numerous to mention. The salient thing that remains in my mind is my visit to the Music Room where my group and I enjoyed a live band and dancing. I will definitely be back again.

Let us start by the good points, design of the rooms, decoration, quality of sleep and cleanness of the room are really perfect and up to standards. Hotel lobby is very nice and cozy as well. In term of annoying points, Free internet is the worst thing in that hotel. Unbelievable, very tacky way to force your guests to subscribe in premium internet with charge which is very expensive. One more thing, Ive booked Classic room and it was available the time I made my booking but while checking-in, the receptionist said its not available and the only option is to upgrade to bigger room and pay for it .. and this what I did. I hope that was not another tacky way to milk your guests. Also, prices of minibar items and room service menu were really expensive comparing to many other hotels under same category. Needs to be reduced to reasonable levels.

This time I was offered a room on the 7th floor with a great bathroom. Amazing stay made some great friends there talking about the staff.

Location is pretty good with access to the gold souk and downtown fairly easy (less than 20m each way). Be aware of the new road layouts if using Google Maps as they havent been updated. We had a family room which was very good value money. It came with an ensuite bedroom, living room, and a kitchen that had a fridge/freezer, oven, gas cooker, microwave and even a dishwasher with enough plates and utensils for 2 people. Cleanliness was ok, the bathroom however really needs updating. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. If you use valet parking, be prepared to wait up to 15 mins to get your car back though! Dropping a point here because anything on top of the room is extortionate. For example they wanted 10 aed to deliver some warm milk for the baby and were used to getting that for free in all UAE hotels. We didnt try any of the restaurants or breakfast as we thought they were overpriced. Also, do not use their own car service. They wanted to charge us 40aed to go to the Gold Souk but normal taxi charged us 18aed. Cant give it less than 4 stars as we paid very little and got a lot of room for that.

My husband and I stayed in for four days. First we had a standard regular room on the 7th floor which we really didnt like it .it was small and also too much smell of smoking. But then we asked to upgrade our room to family suit which was great and comfortable and we loved it .Overall the staff was so helpful and friendly. Though its a four star hotel but it gives you an experience of five star. Amazing hotel with great amenities. We reached there at 6.30am however we had a check in time for 2pm. Staff was so helful that they gave us early check in at 8am. Breakfast has French, Indian and American food and all are delicious. The location of the hotel is near to Meena Bazaar Market where tourist can go and shop for near and dear ones.

We took a short four day break with you. Your staff are excellent and welcoming keen to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. As we were half board we had plenty of interaction with the pool bar and restaurant staff who we found excellent. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable with great in room entertainment. We had an issue when booking out which was handled professional and quickly.

This hotel was by far the best hotel my husband and I have experience thus far! From the time we walked in, we were greeted with warm friendly smiles! All the staff we encountered went above and beyond! Any time I made a call to have something sent up to the room, it never took longer than 5 minutes. We stayed on the 21st fooor with an amazing view of the city. Our room was clean and cozy. On my birthday they delivered a nice birthday cake which made me feel extra special! Thanks for everything.

This time the weather was kind, hot but kind, Because I have been going to Dubai for many years there are not many places or things of interest that I have not already seen. I made 3 visits to Miss wang and was able to enjoy the food from the new varied and exciting menu and where I realised that and long time aquaintance was playing and in charge of the band. Don has matured so much with his singing its a pity that Angel is not around to be there also. On my third visit there were not many customers, I found the AC too cold to stay perhaps I was sitting in the wrong place ( which should not matter really). When it was the Kanto I complained constantly to Mr Jones about the cold atmosphere but he said there was nothing he could do about it. I tried to explain that people will drink and stay longer when they are comfortable if the room is warm and much less when it is cold. Is that not the object of the exersise? Of course Im not suggesting that it should be "warm" because the residents of Dubai enjoy the AC very much BUT perhaps neutral would suffice.This is based on my experience of having had 2 restaurants and two bars for 10 years, one of which I had various types of music on 7 nights a week. When it was warm they drank twice as much. I am happy to see a few people using the shower room by the pool I really enjoy using it. I am looking forward to using it when the temperatures soar to 48 / 50.* The staff were as usual very welcoming and pleasant. Mr Raja in the "Barrels" sports bar was very obliging and able to put the Rome tennis championships on one of the screens for me in spite of 99% of the customers wanting to watch the cricket. I think the lighting in the lifts could be a bit brighter as some guests find it difficult to see the floor numbers or perhaps the board is not very legible. I hope to be back there ASAP, sincerely Riccardo ( Edinburgh, Scotland)

The Majestic was recommended by a friend who has stayed many times at the hotel. My most recent stay was just as pleasant as the very first, and I too have recommended this hotel. The Deluxe rooms with the balconies are my favourite; the night club just steps away from the front door is a cool place to party; and the Greek restaurant is a fine place to dine. At this time, I do not see myself staying any place else.

Great Location, Friendly staff & courtess specially Ebram from reception team, he is so friendly, room is very clean, the room view from the balacony was amazing. Burj Khalifa is clear in front of you. there is a healthy center including GYM, water pool , Sauna & Steaming room.there is a good coffee shop in the ground floor beside elevator. they serve a good coffee.

Good place for families who travel in Dubai for short time. I stayed in family suite room. There was a kitchen so you can cook whatever you want. There are 1 huge bed and 2 single bed. 4 people can stay comfortably in one room. Good services and good room condition. Overall good hotel to stay.

Location was good for me since I had a car. bed mattresses are not comfortable, need to be renewed. Sink was clogged up for days, and it was very obvious for your cleaning team if they cleaned the sink, but they did not fix it until we reported it, then it was fixed. we requested non-smoking and got smoking. otherwise all was good.

1.) Everything was good but for lifts. Just TWO lifts are not enough for such a big facility. Had to wait too long to get a lift & that too with space in it. This is the only reason I am feeling to remove all points. Frustrating indeed. 2.) wifi was not upto the mark. It was frequently disconnecting & slow. I still would give benefit of doubt as it may be a problem of that moment.

Me and my friend stayed in the hotel for two nights. Excellent welcome at the reception desk. Normally people put this hotel under the heading of fair price hotel and for me cost is a main attraction when booking a hotel. There is a perfect balance between price and comfort. Super comfy pillows and bed. Its best for visiting the city as it is in close proximity of many tourist attractions and shopping malls also public transport is easily accessible from the hotel. Staff is very helping and friendly. Offers assistance if needed. Good value for money.

Oh what a fantastic hotel! Its in a very convenient location only if you like shopping, since its pretty far away from the beach. The hotel itself is very nice and offers everything youd expect from 4* but definitely lacks in the breakfast buffet: limited choices and a crowded, very crowded eating area. Ill tell you this tho: This hotel is hands down the best one you can get for its unrivaled price; youd be paying twice or thrice more for an hotel near the beach, unbelievable!

The hotel is very nice, but I dont think you should charge for a charter bus to pick people up at the airport. Second the hotel charge a pending charge for the food and i dont think you should be doing that unless the customer tell you to do that. Its the customer should make that decision if they want to pay cash or charge it to their card.

Overall a very good hotel. Location was perfect. 5 min walk to the Metro and about 30 mins taxi to almost everything in Dubai. If our room was a little disappointing that we could not get a smoking room. Otherwise, the room was large with 2 bedrooms, balcony (but no furniture on the balconies!?) And fully equipped kitchen. A large refrigerator where we could keep soft drinks and beer cold. The pool area was good but not perfect because it was difficult to find sunny spots after 16:00, but the pool guard did his best to move around on sunbeds for us. Excellent food barbecue arranged outside in the pool area on Valentines Day. The Barrel sports bar was very good but would have been even better if they had an outside so that we could avoid the disgusting cigarette smoke inside. The staff was very service remembered at all times. Free shuttle bus to the beach was perfect. If I return to Dubai, I would definitely consider staying at the Majestic Tower again

The hotel charge more money that it deserve. With the price that I paid, I can get a hotel with breakfast and complements. They charge money for everything. Their exchange rate was very bad, the official price for Saudi Riyal is 0.98, and they charged me 0.94.I don advise anybody to reside in this hotel unless he is nit able to find another hotel. I will advise my friends in Saudi Aramco not to come to this hotel. Im upset about their service.

Second time in dubai. And we are disepointed in this hotel. Room is way to small. We have a room for two persons. And we are with 3. De room is to small. My son has to sleep with me. And if we want an extra baby bed we have to pay for it. This never happend on another trip. We are still here. But i would never come back to this hotel. De bathroom fills with water everytime we take a shower. We cant even eat properly in this room. A ltittle table with a chair.

Ive had a really bad experience with this hotel, extremely unprofessional. Expect lack of manners and disrespect. I booked for my siblings for only two nights, I wish I could refund the the whole amount and never look back!! Cindi(شيندي) the asian lady and Jousi(جوشي) the indian guy were the people my siblings and I have dealt with. Very rude and helpless. I wish I could deliver my experience to everyone so you guys know what youre going through!!

I was quite pleased with this hotel. I booked through expedia and received a room upgrade. The room was beautiful on the 24th floor with a big balcony and fantastic views. The staff was very good over all with a few standouts. Wajid (bellman or doorman) and Natalia (front desk supervisor). Wajid was always extremely friendly and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and Natalia showed admirable control over her staff and always seemed to know exactly when to step in to resolve an issue before it because a problem. I had the breakfast which was always delicious with fresh fruit and veg and cooked or order eggs. I alway had room service and the meal was delivered quicker than promised and was delicious as well and not terribly expensive. I also visited the hotel club called The Music Room. I was very entertained by the bands on showcase and surprised that they were not import bands playing pop music, but local bands that played a mix of covers and original music. The night I went was a Rock night with some popular metal mixed in. All of the bands put on good shows and there was no ridiculousness from the crowd. Everyone was just enjoying the music. I was able to extend my stay to a later time for a reasonable fee and didnt have to sit in the airport quite as long awaiting my flight and the hotel driver shuttled me to the airport for little more than a taxi would have charged. I would recommend this hotel. It is in a convenient location and provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Great location for old Dubai and airport links. Metro also handy to use for other major attractions. Friendly hotel staff and a great assortment of breakfast options. Rooms clean and compact... Downside.... Only 30 minds WiFi a day.... otherwise you need to pay

We booked quite early, at the time it was quite cheap, although without breakfast. Very good location, not too far from most things. From the surrounding noise you dont hear much in the room. The staff is very friendly and calls you a taxi anytime which brings you everywhere fast and cheap (also better to use taxi than hotel transfer to go to airport ;) If you have a car just bring it in front they will park it for you.

Stay Away !!! Front Desk attendant JAMES should become a librarian as he obviously hates people. Complained about children running in the hallways at 6am waking people up on our floor. Most rude desk staff I have ever encountered. Not responsive. I asked for managers name and number three times to follow uo my complaint and JAMES said he was "getting it". So he does not know his own managements name/number? Also, rooms are small and not worth it.

Ja huone tarjosi hienon näköalan Dubain kaupunkiin. +Hotellista kulku kaupunkiin ja nähtävyyksiin tapahtui helposti hyvien taksipalvelujen kautta. -Huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut: ensin huoneeseen ei tullut lainkaan viileää ilmaa ja kun asia korjattiin huone oli tosi kylmä, eikä ilmastointia voinut säätää, tämä oli todella epämukavaa. -Kylpyhuoneessa käsienpesuhanasta sai lämmintä vettä mutta suihkusta tuli vain viileää vettä.

اسوء تجربة عشتها في فندق اول شي مافي عزل اصوات يعني الغرفه المجاوره كانهم معاك في يوم من الايام النزيل اللي في الغرفه المجاوره كسر شي وصحوني على صوت المطرقه وبعد ما نزلت لهم غيرو الغرفه غير انهم في يوم منعونا نستخدم الماء لمده ٥ ساعات تقريبا بسبب اعمال صيانه طبعا النظافه متوسطه باختصار تجربه سيئه
