Good for the value of money, the parking is horrible and can be very difficult to enter with big cars. The reception took more than 30 minutes to check us in and weve been waiting in the loby for long and its crowded and did not get any offers for something to drink as the weather is hot.

i stayed 6 nights at the hotel just last week and on my departure day the bag i left with the concierge was tampered with and my items stolen. i made a report to the management by mail and up until now i havent gotten any response from them as to the mail i sent. for me it is indeed a terrible experience.

One of the worst hotel ever after several weeks there.. Suite room just above the conference room where they organize wedding and birthday parties during the week... Music and kids noise finished at 3:30am on monday..after having told 10 times that the sounds will stop soon (from 12pm to 3:00pm). in general,noisy hotel with kids running around during the night. Had to run after to reception to receive fresh towels.. always got the famous "no problem sir" but apparently the notion of service is not the same in this hotel

I wanted to notify this hotel in private, but all their advertisements are public, so here goes. I stayed four nights at this hotel with my family. We had two rooms. The next morning when I awoke, I had bite marks on my arm. I reported it to the reception. The lady there told me they are mosquito bites. I left it. But on my return home and I showed my doctor, he informed me they are bed bug bites.
