This hotel would have got 5 stars from me but they messed up my room booking. I requested a smoking room and paid for my room in January 2017. When I am checking in on the 25th April 2017, they inform me that all the smoking rooms are full. Could they not reserve a smoking room for me since I made this reservation and paid for it in January ? Not impressed!

It is little bit of a mixed baggage really. Customer service can be good if you have the right skin color or are locals. Staff is overwhelmingly Indian and thats were the problem lies if your are a brown person. In a society where class segregation on the basis of country of origin is perfectly acceptable (written in HR policies of some companies), you could be dealing with a rude staff just because they couldnt or wouldnt reconcile with the fact that they are serving a brown person. Rooms are old but ok, washroom was great ( stayed in superior room). Breakfast is also decent with good options. Slight improvement on customer service and could have been 4 stars

After staying at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Creekside was a step down, but was close to the airport for our flight. Staff was great and there is a free trip to Wild Wadi, jumeirah private beach and Dubai Mall. Gives you a taste of Jumeirah experience for less money. Also has great breakfast and restaurant options in addition to the Irish village next door.

Much better than expected, choose this hotel due to free Wild Wadi entrance and proximity to airport for a to day stay on our way to the palm. Me and six year old daughter, fab! Stayed friday to sunday, The brunch on friday blew us away, on the other hand it was St Patricks day and the Irish Village is next door ;) anyway PERFECT. Considering location i find nothing (exept 21year age limit in the rooftop pool, which is silly) to complain about. Dubai is not cheap but you get what you pay for!

This hotel is only 5mins from the airport. Rooms are decent and free canned soft drinks are provided throughout the day. Being part of the Jumeirah group you get free unlimited access to wild waadi water park, this will save you a lot of money if you are travelling with the family. The breakfast is very good, fully continental with not much missing. Excellent gym facilities for those who workout. Free Shuttle service takes you to the well known malls and waterpark.

It might not be in the centre of the city but close to the airport and offers a free shuttle to the dubai mall. Outstanding buffet breakfast and in a little village with bars and restaurants. This is my favourite place in dubai. Staff are super nice to you.

I have a question to come forward, those recruited are elected based on what criteria? Do you know them from the past? Than on what rank do? How to Aydatmad you hired someone new? I know you have someone on the staff who is a thief and a trickster and a liar and Fraud ...! The hotel with a lot of quality is unlikely to employ such a person. Ive got evidence against this lady, and they are wanted by Interpol, She has two nationalities pain. Iranian semi semi Philippines. Because of different passport and change of place, is taking her very hard
