I have been to this hotel more than 20 times. Earlier this place used to feel really luxurious but now it feels old. The air conditioning is a bit poor. The bed also used to be really comfortable but now both the bed and the pillows dont seem comfortable. The staff is not very courteous and you feel as if they are doing you a favour by checking you in. Sometimes the wait time at the reception are very high. The food is great. Bathroom toiletries are good quality.

Poor experience, air conditioning not working, overprice Champion bar, and overall frontdesk staff unable to complete a proper check out. Advise, plan 30 minutes with them to complete check out, and ask the bill printed with your consumptions before paying. Only fitness staff was really nice.

Its a very nice hotel and one of the most beautiful JW Marriotts Ive ever stayed at. Our room was generally comfortable (only in Dubai for 24 hours) and its quite close to the airport and the subway system. We had essentially no view, and this is a courtyard-style hotel, so all doors open into a large atrium. One star downgrade for the food - there are tons of options, but I didnt think any were especially good, and the prices are very high (even for Dubai).

Didnt translate or inform properly, but charged me an extra 1920 dirham for a room upgrade. Thought I was getting checked in as quick as possible through good customer service, but turns out was paying for an upgrade for my entire stay at JW Marriott Dubai. I had already prebooked and prepaid online, not happy to have extra charges to pay when checking out.

Deira is a very crowded space so it gets very crowded during office hours. Nearby metro and al Rigga food street eases one to roam around. Hotel serves pasteries when you get back but repeats same a lot. Service is good however hotel is old and needs some work. Overall its a good place to stay.

This hotel charges $60 AED for SLOW internet. The website claims rewards members get this internet for free, but if your company pays for the room they will charge you for the internet. Very dishonest way to do business. Im surprised this even a Marriott, I can get free internet at motel 6! The rest of the hotel is great. Beautiful rooms, great gym, and wonderful food. Just stop screwing the customer with internet charges!

If you wish to amend your restaurant booking, be prepared to talk to a rude receptionist, your on hold for 5 minutes you then call back after no answer again, to be transferred yet again... for another 5 mins - still no answer. You then call again... and guess what no answer. If the restaurants have a lot of no shows or cancellations - this may perhaps be a reason why.. not happy with their customer service at all. I am now going to cancel and go to another steak house. Shame as i love their steak house that their customer service is letting them down..

Very bad service. Not worth its price. Internet connection was not inlcuded despite the expensive price of the room. Was not impressed. Room was very outdated, service was lacking and everything was expensive. The only good thing is the manager invited the new guests for cocktail. Other than this this hotel was not for me especially after I spent over a week in Fairmont Towers in Egypt just before I travelled to Dubai (I suggested to the manager of the Marriott to learn a thing or two from them).

The regular Marriott in Singapore should be branded "JW" if this place is truly a JW. The chairs at the desk in the room were uncomfortable to sit on if working at the desk. The bed had a visible "dent" in it and was not as comfortable as the beds in Singapore. The discolored grout in the shower was also a let down in addition to the marginal WiFi in the rooms.

Bamboo Lagoon is a fun restaurant with fantastic food and lively entertainment. The sashimi is fresh, roast duck moist and the Korean BBQ is not too be missed. On Friday, all restaurants are opened up for one big feast.

أعجبني في الفندق النظافه ممتازه . والاستقبال . والمرونه عند الخروج . وجميع الخدمات متوفره . ووجود الكفهات والمطاعم. داخل الفندق . وتوفر التاكسيات عند مدخل الفندق . وسعة الغرفه مناسبه . باختصار لم ألاحظ على الفندق شي . ونتمنى لطاقم الفندق التوفيق والنجاح . وإلى الأمام .
