Beautiful hotel with very helpful and excellent service associates. The interior decor and rooms facilities are nice for a normal 5 star property. There are two room views available one on Creek and one for City. Definitely recommend to book a Suite and ask for high floor upon check-in, so you can enjoy both of the magnificent views. Good sports facilities with a separate room for training classes. Sufra restaurant definitely recommended for a nice dinner or Friday brunch. The swimming pool is to small for the number of rooms of the hotel and would be a great idea for them to offer to use Grand Hyatt facilities for in-house guests, which is only feew minutes away. Loved the stay.

Very comfortable soft bed linen. Mini bar, water, chocolates compliment from hotel (free). If you have breakfast in 32 floor, it is be stunning Creak city said panoramic view. Breakfast very good, delicious and with good healthy meniu. Frech juices. Delicious perfect coffee.

Ive been staying in residence for the past 11 months. Nothing but problems with the staff and the management. Service is horrible. Wifi ridiculously slow. Last couple of weeks has been awful. They accepted large groups of labor workers (male from 20-50 years old). Hallways are smelly (BO). It takes forever to get the elevator. Once its there its full of labor workers looking at me like a piece of meat and you cant breathe due to a bad BO. Then last night I was woken up in the middle of the night by 4 labor workers drunk at my door. The reason I took an apartment there was for safety reasons but last 2 weeks feels like I am staying in a labor camp somewhere in Karama. A single white woman should not have to deal with this when paying a fortune to live here. I cant believe Hyatt allows this at their properties. Very disappointed.

I have stayed in both hotel room and apartments in this building. Staff are very friendly . They have a Mexican restaurant that allows smoking inside . They offer a great selection of tequilas . A good selection for breakfast including Chinese ,Indian and Arabic . The lobby is beautiful. Its clean and child friendly although many different people stay and have meetings here. Alcohol is served in this hotel. Hotel guests have a jacuzzi and an outside non heated pool with outside swim up to bar. Apartment residents have a knife edge private heated out door pool. They have a bar on 34th floor and the view is absolutely stunning especially at night.

A very well maintained property, great valet service, swimming pool, lobby area, great choices for breakfast,the restaurants though need improvement in terms of variety and offerings. We spend more then a week in this hotel. we really loved it! Staff was extremely friendly and all the facilities where excellent. Our room was quite large and really clean. Great shower and the bed was also really comfortable . Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. The pool facility was quite good. the pool itself isnt that big but stil comfortable enough. The relaxing chairs inside the pool are perfect! The staff at the pool is really nice, and they furfill your every need.

We were travelling as a family and lodged there for 7nights (12th-19th April).The rooms are exceptionally nice and clean..You just would love the ambience there on stepping into the rooms . The staff are so very helpful and nice especially Analyn. There is also a Nigerian guy (dont know his name) that works there who is also very helpful and courteous. Infact we found everyone there friendly and courteous. The breakfast wasnt great and the internet was a bit slow too. Another disappointing issue was the the fact that we couldnt really use sauna and gym despite the fact that when the booking was made, the sauna and the gym were included as the perks and we were advised we could use them freely as part of our package. Sadly, when I down I was told by the spa receptionist that I had to pay for the use as that wasnt part of my package because she said only the guests who were lodging at the hotel and not the residence had access to it. Reluctantly she made an exception just for that day and allowed me use it but to say I am dissapointed about this is the least I can say.i would like to think that the hotel would keep its bond on what is included in customers booking. overall it is a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it

Hyatt ...... Last one year we are staying at Hyatt Creek Heights Residence, Would like to inform you that our A/c in one of our rooms was out. It went off working condition.. This happened during our vacation time and came to know after we came back. Informed the concerned Dept. Came and checked but now our lights have also completely gone off. They say that the RMS should come and check but earlier Wasel told that you have a complete maintenance team here 24/7. Its now 24 hours no repairs and no followup. We were out of electricity since then. Even a normal building has all the facilities like maintenance , follow up etc. And they do it without any hassle. Why they find it difficult to call the RMS when a resident badly needs it. Even there was water issues, where dirty water used to come from all the taps. It should not have happened . They have taken the water samples, it even took long time to clear off. Kindly take care of the issues and do the needful. Hope you will sort out our issues today itself ...........

Very bad experience but unbiased and fair review What went wrong: - On arrival they didn’t accommodate our request to get a room in a specific floor next to the rest of our family with the excuse that the hotel was fully occupied (didn’t seem like it for me but I accepted and moved on) - Room smelled awful (sewage) and the A/C wasn’t cooling properly, I called once and twice to report the problem and after half an hour a security personal shows at my door with a spray bottle and cleaning cloth :) (must be kidding right) - I called again and asked for the hotel manager who mentioned they will exchange and upgrade my room…finally - I walk into my new upgraded room (accompanied by hotel staff) to find it already occupied….very embarrassing…someone was having room service dinner :) - Finally, after 2 hours of my initial check-in I got into a proper room and asked to see the hotel manager in person to complain but was told that he is busy with a tourist group and will get back to me later which never happened - When I went back to my room at night, I found a very humble fruit basket and an inexpensive-looking alcoholic beverage which is obviously their way of apologizing and they didn’t bother thinking what if he doesn’t drink…and I don’t drink!!! - During the breakfast buffet, one of the staff (might be the manager because unlike the others he was wearing a suit) told us to change our table when we asked for cutlery on our table…apparently this is easier for him than bring the cutlery to our table :) - For two days in a row during breakfast we received multiple different baby chairs with broken straps so we couldn’t secure the child properly - During breakfast the second day, I asked for tissue paper and the hostess checked the entire restaurant and couldn’t find any! - Finally, one day during my stay I left the room for a few hours 10:00 to 11:30 am and again 12:30 to 2:30 pm and I was anticipating/hoping to come back and find that housekeeping has made up the room and refilled the amenities but they only continued the series of disappointment The good things: - I was offered a room upgrade and late check out at 4 pm at my departure - Mini bar items are free (content was a few soft drinks, 1 chocolate bar and 1 refreshing mint box) - Breakfast runs to 11:00 am which is nice for late sleepers - The fitness center is open 24 hours Based on the above they get 2 stars

لا يوجد من يتحدث من الموظفين العربية اللغة الرسمية للبلاد وتعبت كثيرا منهم وبالحاح بتوفير من يتحدث العربية . ولكن لا يوجد. الله المستعان خدمة رجال الأعمال لا تليق تستخدم الحاسوب واقفا وبدون طابعة. طلبت فاتورة المغادرة وتم رفض طباعتها . وقالوا سترسل بالبريد الالكتروني ولم يصل شيء.

Péssimo atendimento. Paguei quarto para 3 pessoas. E quando chego de madrugada não tinha cama para a terceira pessoa apesar de a ter pago. Ao fim de uma hora e de ter explicado a 3 pessoas a situação perdi a cabeça e disse que ia embora. Rapidamente do nada arranjaram uma cama suplente de abrir e fechar. Limpeza deixa também a desejar bem como a qualidade das instalações. O pequeno almoço é muito desorganizado.

刚刚才从那酒店住了一个星期回来，从开始入住到退房，我们都过得十分开心！我们早上9点就到酒店马上安排入住。我们住的是双人间，价格合理，而且浴室内有浴缸和淋浴头，很不错！游泳池的区域也很棒，有池滨酒吧还有两个户外按摩浴缸。员工超级友好，表现得无可挑剔，会再次选择入住也会推荐给朋友和家人。
