Absolutely loved our stay.. The room was spacious and very elegantly designed interiors.. It had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable, memorable and Special... Beds were really cozy and we had real good sleep.. The breakfast spread was healthy and tasty... I had no chance to point out any flaws about this Hotel... Price, Comfort, Service and Food -- all ticked with 5 Stars... My personal recommendation-- See it to Believe IT!!!

The location is good, 800 m away from the metro but there is a bus station right in front of the main entrance. By metro we got to Dubai Mall in 10 minutes ( 5th stop). The room was very spacious, the bathroom also. Very nice furniture and very confortable bed. We had a really quiet room so we slept very deep. The room was clean. A slight problem was that the water in the shower was not as hot as we wanted, it was quite cold but somehow we managed to get used to it. The staff was very friendly and they helped us with a lot of informations and they also printed everything we needed with no extra cost. The breakfast was absolutelly amazing, a lot of diversity but I strongly recomend to try the arabic food. Tasted fantastic. We are happy with our choice and we strongly recomend this hotel.

Rooms are bigger in this hotel compared to others. Its not very luxurious but good enough. Thought initially we had issues with room telephone, hot water but it was solved. Normally its used by group booking and tour operators. Breakfast is pretty average.

Very well trained Receptionst Staff ~~~ very attentive ~~ excellent breakfast ~~~ great variety ~~ as we dont consume red meat on a friday ~~~ we enjoyed lightly breaded fish portions in an excellent sauce together with splendid fried rice ~~~ in the Cheeky Chinese ~~~ hope I got the name right ~~ all other members of staff also very attentive and respectful.
