The hotel was lovely to stay in. It was clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in our stay which was a great idea not having to worry about where we are going to eat in the mornings. Its a excellent hotel the triple rooms are a very good size. My 4 year loved the pool. Thank you Gateway Hotel for the excellent service.

Nice place, Nothing very flashy or posh, but everything nice and comfortable. Good breakfast especially for Indians (also have a continential mix). Very close to Souk (gold and spice). Just take the water taxi instead of a cab (about 10 min walk from the hotel to water taxi)

Helpful staff. Offers free shuttle bus only TO the airport. Good variety breakfast but with mediocre quality. I ordered a club sandwich for lunch and found a peace of plastic in it. Close to subway station and large supermarket but other than that the location has nothing to offer. Good value for money. Good pool facility.

Several issues have made this a less than positive experience, hence 2 stars. The good. Parking is free but must have ticket stamped each time. Loss of ticket is 200 AED. WiFi is free but requires sign in from slip provided at chexk in. Breakfast is very nice with wide selection. The troubling. Company booked the room and failed to change the check in and out dates. What is troubling was how long it took for reception to find the reservation considering it is under my name. Laundry is expensive and they dont follow instructions. Request for folded but on hangers. Failed to clean room one day at all. In the end, do not recommend.

The hotel is located in the heart of Bur Dubai and its good and bad both. Good as its easily accessible by public transport by Metro and bus. Bad for not being on Main Street and in a narrow lane making it look little downgraded hotel. Inside its good but I wish they had a better entrance. The rooms are fine for the price they offer but again none of the rooms offer good outside view. Its surrounded by other buildings and what you can see outside is windows and walls of other neighbouring building. The rooms are ok but in photos they look much better than actual so sometimes you feel little disappointed after you actually enter hotel.

Best hotel in Dubai and best customer service. We arrive at 4h AM and we were suppose to have our room at 3h PM but they give us the room early check-in at 8h AM. Awesome and delicious buffet for the breakfast included. They have all kind of stuff, American, Europeen, Asian, Arabic, etc ! Really comfortable room, great pool and gym. Free shuttle to get back to the airport. Friendly and really professionnal stall. Everything was just perfect for our 4 days stay.

The room is new and very clean but some staff at front desk looks tired and uninterested to guests. Too many India guests (this hotel is at the center of India area) makes the breakfast area noisy and dirty (staff tried their best to maintain cleaness but just cannot catch up.) India guests keep cut in line and put used glass around drink station (so we dont know which glass are clean or used.) makes the breakfast experience very bad. Food is good though. (I am not against India people but its really horrible experience.)

Mooie, grote kamer met eigen badkamer met bad. Gelegen in het oude gedeelte van Dubai, niet ver van de metro. Zwembad op het dak! Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en prima, maar avondeten kan het beste ergens anders als je wat meer kwaliteit zoekt. Goeie prijs voor de locatie en kwaliteit!

Много шумных азиатов, плитка в коридорах, поэтому очень мешают спать топающие постояльцы. Ни одной ночи нормально не выспался. Питание скромное. Из плюсов бассейн на крыше- можно позагорать. Рядом кафе, магазины, автостанция. Рекомендую Golden Fork рядом.

المميزات في الفندق: وجود مواقف سيارات تحت الفندق - التدخين ممنوع داخل الفندق - التكييف ممتاز - سرعة الانترنت أما السلبيات: الاستقبال سيء جداً وتم تأخير دخولنا حتى الساعة الثالثة بحجة أن الغرفة غير جاهزة - تعامل غالب موظفي الاستقبال سيء وغير احترافي وبطيء جداً - انطلق جرس انذار الحريق الساعة السابعة صباحاً واستمر لمدة 15 دقيقة وحسب كلام موظفي الفندق أنه بسبب تدخين أحد النُزلاء - الانترنت مجاني لكن يلزمك تسجيل الدخول كلما خرجت ودخلت للفندق - بقايا الطعام تظل طويلاً في ممرات الفندق - موقع الفندق سيء وغير واضح ويقع في مكان ضيق ومزدحم خاصةً ظهراً - التعقيد في إجراءات الدخول والخروج من مواقف الفندق - توجد غرف مطلة على بعضها ويلزمك إغلاق الستارة طوال الوقت للخصوصية - باب دورة المياة زجاجي غير ساتر - بإختصار إذا أردت الراحة لا أنصحك بهذا الفندق نهائياً.. أما إذا أردته للنوم فقط فهو مناسب نوعاً ما ولكن لا تتجاوز سعر الغرفة 200 ريال مع الضرائب لأنه لا يستحقها

Район не самый удобный, но вблизи есть и метро, и автобусный хаб. До любой "достопримечательности" или пляжа ехать минимум 30 минут, что надоело на второй день. Номера достойные, чистота, порядок, все дела. Вайфай работает с перебоями, но бесплатный. Рядом в ассортименте магазины, кафешки. Резюме: на два-три дня по работе или трансфером - отлично. На отдых - печально из-за расстояний до нужных мест.

Il est bien placé au centre de la ville. proche métro cest très pratique. Attention ne vous faites pas refiler une chambre à larrière. Il y a un chantier de démolition (août 2015) et certainement de construction après. Sous le fenêtre cest pas terrible.
