The room was spacious with small cooking and dining area. Do not has the full services house keeping services, but the staff is helpful and responsive. Breakfast at high floor, can has a panoramic view of Dubai. and buffet items is reasonable good too. The lacking is the lift services is need to wait long during rush hours. for the low price offer and good location it is worth to stay again.

I Stay for 7nights there.(Deluxe Room-in May2017) (+)Better Than You Expect of 4Stars Hotel & even much better than some 5stars hotels. some of Employee are really so helpful,I forgot my laptop in Plan & They helped me a lot for bringing it back to me in less than 2 hours,WOW,What a Helpful service! Names of BEST Employees there!:""Thanseer,Abegail,Violeta"". Thanks to all of them! :) Breakfast in second is my favorite there specially in level 43 open from 6:30 AM (to10:30),Great Awesome View+ High Quality Food. Omg,Location is just perfect!!..doesnt need to explain more about! (Close to Bussiness Centers-exhibitions-DownTown-Khalifa Tower-metro station-Dubai Mall-Exchange-Car Rentals & even more!!) ""Rooms Are really really big,44m2 bigger & better than many 5stars!"" Pool is not so big but in level 44 with very nice view of khalifa tower make it really good.try at least once...+GYM is big & Good. Free Parking helped me a lot also. Everything inside rooms are from past years. Only the name is 5 star hotel, but I know some 4 star hotels those are like this one. House keeping is good. There were not every needed things in the room. Rooms view are good. Access to Dubai other places is wonderful. Breakfast is good.

irresponsible staff , I have been calling on the contact number provided on the website to make a reservation as there is no response on the email ID provided ( info @ emiratesgrandhotel ) on the website too. When called the lady transferred the call and the operator says its the reservation of the apartment , call again, called again the informed the lady , she transferred the call the again the operator says i have called the wrong department, transferred my call and made me wait for 10 minutes on an international call with no response. I dont think I should even take a chance to book this hotel if this is the professionalism at this property.

Pathetic Service, Front Office Staff very very racist, made my guest wait for a few hours to CHECK IN, When asked about delay, they said due to shift change. Once we checked in after a long wait, we were given a room that was freshly vacated, IT WAS NOT CLEANED. Not to mention that the loo was filthy too, the prev guest did his job and did not care to flush, and the hotel staff did not care to clean.

Good place to be very nice staff very helpful, but I tried the spa (Swedish & Thai) massage and it was a very bad experience and they offered very cheap tea considering the high price and bad communication between the staff and the reception and I ran out of body soap in shower.. And the masseuse kept asking for tips and the room was cold.

The hotels staff have the worst respect to the guests from the manager to the guy who answered my calls. I had called 3 times from outside the UAE and the rates of the calls are expensive and they dont care. Ill jump to to the point. I have reserved 3 rooms with 2 separated beds with an option to have an extra bed. 1 week before the arriving day, I wanted to confirm the booking. First, they told me that I cant have an extra bed. Second, the two beds depends on the availability. So, if they dont have it available, they will say apologize to you and you cant refund nor make changes. All the information they told me about are not presented in the website or the email.

In general an OK experience, my main concern and what really put the whole experince down was the check-in, only 2 staff at the desk who were under a lot of pressure as it is the process took over 40 minutes, I had to wait almost 30 minutes before being served sitting there with my 2 year old daughter. The room was good though it could do with some refurbishment but. The location it great just a small walk from the metro station. Most of the staff were pleasant except for some who were under obvious pressure. To conclude the hotel rates are reasonable base on the experience, service and location.

The room is spacious.We are a family of five with three children. I looked for hotels with suit or family room with reasonable price and ended up with this hotel with two bed room referred by my travel agent. Considering the pricey room charge, the internet is a huge rip off. The lobby is a bit small. The entrance gate is always crowded with many taxis blocking guest from coming. TV channels are not sufficient besides the quality of pictures is bad. I would choose another hotel or serviced apartment if available in the next visit.

This is the worst hotel I have ever check in. The first impression is the best impression…here it is opposite. The reception staff at the desk is so ill-behaved and impolite that they least bother about their hotel guests. The hotel charges are hidden and you have to pay additionally even after paying & making booking in advance (in the form of extra kids, extra food, taxes, etc., etc..). They even take ADVANCE CASH DEPOSIT which is not seen anywhere else. Do they think the guests run away that too after leaving all their whereabouts/identity…unimaginable? The breakfast is same daily with just 1 or 2 items (max) change. All the staff especially all the Filipinos there start from reception to the restaurant are very very bad & unprofessional. May be they are hired as they cost less…Lobby is too small. Elevators are too crowded, swimming pool very small and just for name sake without any facilities…same is Gym. (46 floors & 4 lifts). Room cleaning too was very bad & they don’t come unless we repeatedly tell them. They even don’t change the supplies unless frequent requests are made. Check-in and check-out time is too lengthy & we need to wait there for hours. OVER ALL: The most worst hotel, very expensive and you don’t get for what you pay them…lastly I HATE THE STAFF (except the valet parking staff). SUGGESTION: Change all the staff…especially & atleast all Filipinos who don’t have any professionalism.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels around the world (including several Kempinskis). This hotel however is by far the best hotel I ever had the pleasure of staying at. Its a bit pricey, but totally worth it.

فندق جيد ،،لكن انتبهوا أذا خرجتوا من الفندق لازم تأخذوا أغراضكم الثمينة معكم ، لأنه عند خروجكم قد يدخل عمال النظافة و ينظفوا غرفكم دون علمكم أو أخباركم ، وهذا قد يضايق نزلاء الفندق ،،فأحرصوا على أغراضكم الثمينة وأعلموا أن عمال النظافة قد يدخلوا غرفكم وأنتم خارج الفندق ..لأن هذا حصل معي ودخلوا غرفتي ونظفوها دون أخباري (دون علمي)، ولكن الحمدلله أغراضي المهمه كانت معي،،شكرا.

افشل فندق في دبي . مدير الشركة لدينا تم سرقة مفتاح السياره اللتي كان مستاجرها في دبي من داخل غرفته ولم عمل تشيك اوت بحث عن المفتاح واخبرهم المفتاح مفقود من داخل الغرفة . وافادوه بعدم وجود المفتاح لديهم مما تسبب في تاخير رحلته الى يوم اخر . ولما طلبو الشرطة ودخلو على الكاميرات طلع واحد من عمال النظافة لديهم تسلل داخل الغرفة واخذ المفتاح . انتبهو من الفندق هذا عماله حراميه ومدير الامن لا يتواجد في ساعة العمل ولديهم تسيب في العمل وعدم نظافة .

كان جدا تعاملهم سي بالاستقبال وبعد ما اخذو قيمة الحجز بالفيزا اثناء الوصول جبوروني ادفع ٥٠٠ قيمة تامين للثلاجه ورفضت قلت شيلوا جميع الاغراض الي بالثلاجه والعجيب انهم رفضوا وقالوا يا تدفع يابرى طبعا اخترت برى زقلت رجعوا لي المبلغ الي مسحوب من الفيزا برضوا رفضوا وبهاذي الحاله اضطريت للاتصال بالشرطه وبحضورهم بعد جلست بالشارع انا واهلي اكثر من ٣ ساعت خلال ٥ دقايق من حضور الشرطه انحل الموضوع وصار من حقوقي اني ما ادفع تامين علما بانهم اخذوا جميع الظرائب
